Due to a death in the family, I had to drive from Bancroft, On to Nfld. Two days before leaving, my Buick was giving me low battery warnings on the dash. I called my local dealer where I purchased the suv new. They were "too busy" to check it out until over a week away. So, I called Toners chev in NB as I knew I was passing thru there. They were more than happy to book me in on short notice, to see what was up. Just in case, I took a deep cycle marine battery from my boat, and off I went. Upon arrival there, the techs were able to diagnose my defective battery, and replace it under warranty. The service advisors kept me posted on what was going on the whole time. All the staff there were very friendly, and everyone I encountered there said hello, and made me feel welcome to their dealership, unlike my regular dealership, who's staff dont even acknowledge me. I would fully recommend taking your vehicle there for repairs, or to purchase. Thanks to everyone there, for giving me peace of mind on my journey.

I live a half hour from town, I Went into the dealership today to have my tire repaired through a warranty they offer and was told they didn’t have time and were full until lunch. I ask the time they could get it in and they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get it in for about 6 hours and to go back then, considering I live so far from town and also had my baby with me I was hoping they would be a bit more up to helping me out. But instead of helping me for a quick fix they told me to leave which could lead to making my tire even worse and possibly unable to repair. Not impressed at all with this dealership.
