Redemption Center says and it is still saying closes soon at 1 because we were there at exactly 12:55 with everything sorted and gentleman comes up to the car and says we’re closed at 1. We say it’s 12:55 he says that’s the last customer over there, sorry and walks away to get in his truck and go.If you close at 1 you close at one, so if you close at 12:55 maybe they should change the times.

Very friendly staff and quick service! We had 15 garbage bags of redemption and I think we were only there 10 minutes! ??? Keep up the great work, guys! ???

Sad service. I pulled up and was quickly told they wouldn't take them as it was 10mins to closing and they were not paid after 1pm.Whatever happened to customer service or just being nice??I have never been treated this way at Pub's Redemption.
