“I came in at 3:00pm and had a woman help me. I didn't catch her name but she did say she is about 30. SHE WAS SO AMAZING. She helped me with all my issues and was super nice. I'm honestly shocked I've never had an experience where the bmo teller was this helpful and nice. Whatever she is getting paid it should be doubled!!”

“This was my first time talking to an advisor and I was extremely nervous because it involved some pretty large numbers. Issac was my advisor and he sat down with me and made sure I understood what I was doing and explained it in a way I personally understood. Even afterwards with questions he was quick to email back and went beyond answering my questions. All in all very grateful for him.”

“Nashwaaksis Scotiabank,Fredericton, NB:My experience was good. My teller was amazing. But while the waiting in line-up, I overheard an elderly gentleman asking the receptionist to speak with a team member as he was trying to figure out a statement, that he felt was wrong & needed corrected. All staff were busy & he was told he'd have to make an appt on another day or someone would call him. He said he drove over an hour to get there. He kept saying he just needed it straightened out & that he was more confused about it now than before.I just felt so badly for him. This modern world of technology, with less human contact is hard on so many people, especially some of the elderly. It just broke my heart.”

“Susan at the front desk was great to deal with. Went in to create a profile and she made the process very easy and quick. I currently don't bank with TD but needed a profile for sign authority. Based on this experience with Susan, I am considering opening an account.”

“I've only had to interact in-person with this branch twice over the last couple of years. This is often a good thing with banks.I tend to use other types of financial products and software for most transactional needs, but I have a business account here. It should be noted I by no means make enough that one could claim this review is positive because the service is good, but the service is good only because I have a lot of money with them. My business is my side hustle as people refer to 2nd jobs these days.Firstly, the agent I worked with to open the account was thorough and helpful as this was my first time going through this process. It was quick and easy (except for the constrained times) and they have a no monthly fee option for small accounts such as mine which is my favourite aspect of this bank. They've gone through some pretty extensive renovations here over the last couple of years as well and it quite modern, bright and welcoming inside. Today, I dealt with Kiranmai Puli and again, the service was friendly, quick and simple. As it was my first time going through the bank to accept international money transfers, they also provided a simple sheet on various needs when accepting international payments from various regions. The only downsides I've seen so far, and to be fair, I don't regularly bank with them, is they need a bike rack outside. Not a necessity and not why I docked it a star, but it would be convenient as I don't have a vehicle. The main downside is the hours, but I fault most banks for that. The old "bankers hours" stereotype. It would be nice if they had either one day where they stayed open later until 7 or 8 or open for a few hours Saturday morning, or both. I understand it's becoming harder to find employees for almost every industry, but it's still a pain to have to ask for time off from the full time job to do any banking.”
