“The produce is fresh, meat cut to perfection and the staff is amazing! Don't see the cut of meat you want, ask! If they have it, they'll cut it the way you want it!”
“Pretty good deals on some products. I bought muesli and some mixed nuts (a substantial quantity) for 30 bucks. They’ll last me a while. I just wish the location was downtown since that’s where I live.”
“My family has loved this place for decades. The selection is excellent and staff is very helpful. And of course it has treats from around the world for the holidays. One of our favorite places to shop before Christmas.”
“This is the most friendly, most convenient store ever. The owners are the very best. Always sweet and helpful and honest. Check their prices vs. the grocery stores. I'm sure you'll see what I mean.”
“I rate the store as a 5 star. But I have always loved the Chicken Teriyaki stir fry but now it is just called.chicken Teriyaki and the rice is in with it. The rice is horrible. Will not buy again.”
“We were staying in Fredericton for a week and visited Sobey's to stock up on munchies and drinks for the hotel room which was equipped with a bar fridge
Got everything we wanted or needed.
Convenient location, 15 minutes walk from hotel through scenic residential area.”
“I love this store! Has all the ingredients I need to make dishes I enjoyed back home. Great selection for cooking different Southeast Asian and Asian Cuisine! Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese Taiwanese, and Japanese! #traveltalktea”
“The selection is great, much better than the Regent Street location and (in some categories) Superstore. The only challenge is the heavy traffic on Prospect Street, though traffic lights at the entrance make this easier.”
“Always a pleasant experience visiting the superstore on Smythe, most staff know me and are very knowledgeable on all product and where it is located. Highly recommend if your looking for something specific or specialty food items!”
“Was there on St. Patrick's day 2024, and I had a good experience. A lot of African foods are present and cheaper than I expected. I spent some hundreds of dollars and I don't regret it all. It is good for competition, especially for other African stores around this city.Though, they are still putting a lot together, including staff. I understand how difficult starting can be, and it was a little busy for just one cashier on the day, possibly because it was a public holiday and Saturday/weekend. #AddMeAsYourRegularCustomer already.”

1111 Regent St, Fredericton“The go to shop to find Indian grocery in the town. The small shops has almost everything. Ask the owner if you do not find something. This is the oldest Indian grocery shop in Fredericton.”
“The store isn't really any different from any other, which is a bit of a shame in some regards. I would like to see more emphasis on promoting locally sourced products. The Atlantic provinces have much to offer in terms of food and it would be nice to see it prominent.”
“The store is very nice and has many useful items. The store's residents are quick to respond to all customers. Personally, I really like it and I will always go there.”
