I took my vehicle down to Carstar last Wednesday afternoon and they were supposed to email me a copy of the estimate the next day and now 6 days later I haven't received it yet.

Car get worst then it was before. They fix the front bumper and repaint it but they didn't fix the front grill, they bend one black piece trim, didn't clip one properly and get my rear bumper scratch in their lot.

Be very weary of this place,as they have a history of trying to fleece elderly customers.
Ex: Screwing a broken bumper back on a car , and attempting to charge an 80-year old woman for a new one.
The level of treatment you'd expect at a crackhouse.

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. This location is very disorganized and their work ethic was extremely poor. Our van was brought in as an insurance claim as we had a deer run out in front of us suddenly. Despite remaining extremely patient, the whole experience was dreadful for us.
Firstly, do not expect any proper communication from them. I had to call many times to figure out what was going on. We were told many finish dates but then never heard from them. It made it very difficult and time consuming as we were having to contact them to see if we needed to extend our rental with each additional end date. We were told Monday of this week but heard absolutely nothing. We decided to drive by each day to see when it was outside. When it was outside Thursday night, I waited until 10am Friday morning to call and find out it was done. I totally understand that they are busy, but communication was extremely poor and far less than it should have been. If a deadline must be extended that is understandable, but making your customer chase down answers is unacceptable.
Secondly, The job was not done in a timely manner. It was supposed to take two weeks and took almost a month to get it completed correctly. They needed to order parts they missed, not once, but twice. Each time around a week apart. These items were quoted but then never ordered for some unknown reason. Being very familiar with how difficult it can be to source parts, we were very understanding and patient. We even tried to lend a hand and offer suggestions. I could forgive this issue if it had been the only problem.
The largest issue is the job was done very poorly. When they finally got all the parts on and called to say it was completed we were excited to finally have our vehicle back. We were quickly disappointed. The condition of our vehicle was appalling. The paint was not blended in properly at all. A few spots had runs and places where the primer was showing through. The tech had left a sanding mark on the door that was very clearly visible. For the amount of time it had been in the shop, there was absolutely no excuse for such an obviously shoddy job. Not only was the paint job extremely poor, but they also did not replace the A/C condenser. Which, despite their excuses that the original was fine so it was forgotten, was quoted by them and was, indeed, visibly damaged.
We then kindly refused to take it in that condition and asked for it to be fixed properly. That took them almost another 2 weeks. Almost a full business week past the date given to us. No communication was received from them at all that day or this week.
Our van now looks the way it should have 2 weeks prior, but the overall job was just very poorly handled by the shop. It should never have been allowed to be returned to us without all the parts and with such a poor paint job. There's just no excuse that makes that okay.
Unfortunately, the main take away I have from this experience is that I feel they really only care about receiving the insurance payment. They do not care about the customer and they do the very bare minimum in order to get the largest sum of money. They did better in the end, but only because we had to say something. That is too little too late. We should not have had the inconvenience and discomfort of having to ask that they do it properly. Its too bad because the van looks fantastic now that they did it right. They are very capable of good work.
In the end, this whole experience of not having our vehicle for far longer than we should have, has cost us in time and money. However, they take every last cent from us and the insurance company without any remorse or consequence. I will be contacting my insurance agent to discuss the quality of shop they force their customers to go to. I will not be recommending this shop to anyone and I will certainly never bring a claim here again.

Ensuring they got the money 10/10Finishing all the work 0/10Following up with clients 0/10Went to get work done, had to bring it in twice, and onto of that they let me know that not all the work was completed. Took stuff off the car because of New bumper, understandable. But didn't have all the parts or even call to let you know they forgot to put it inside the car. Once I called them and they found it.. parts were missing and different screws were there. The body job itself was good tho.

My vehicle was in an accident in May. Insurance told me to bring it here. They gave a quote using photos. Told me I’d have a call and bring it back within a week for repair. Ive now been waiting since May. I call back weekly to no avail. I’m told “we will call you back with an appointment time”. I have yet to receive this call back. Every time I call there’s either no answer or a dial tone. At this point I will be contacting insurance and making them aware of all of this and taking the vehicle to another body shop. This is ridiculous. The vehicle was deemed “road safe” however the inspection has since run out while I was waiting and due to a BENT FRAME it cannot pass inspection so I can continue to use it. Now it is off the road completely and I’m without a vehicle because this shop is horrific with insurance claims for accident repair. It has been 3 months. More than enough time has passed and there is no excuse.

Jason and his team provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Everything was explained thoroughly and all of my questions were answered so I could choose the best repair plan. The body work was completed within 1 day. I also appreciated how they cleaned my car so I could appreciate the repairs. My car looks brand new :) They really took a lot of stress out of the equation. I brought my Car here for the claim as it is a partnered bodyshop with my insurance company.
The estimate was done quickly. And the body and paint work were done in reasonable time.
Enterprise can drop off your rental car at the shop. And you can drop the rental car here when your car is ready.
