This store is not very clean, perhaps because of the blackened floor. The grocery shelves are not well organized... compared to that of Grand Falls (very good lighting) Edmundston WalMart is dull and there is a lot of shortage of products. The service is in English only… before Trudeau we were French in this city now we are in the minority again with all its immigrants.

Manager at Edmundston should really look into it!!!!! I went to return the vacuum cleaner and mixer today and the guy in customer service said he can’t do it because it past 15days, but the Walmart policy says 30days. I said can you please ask some manager of yours. He said it’s me who does returns, I know what I’m doing but I see Walmart policy on internet . It said I can return in 30days . We can have confidence but not over confidence. I had to travel 2hours to listen to this .
I called federicton Customer Service and they said it’s 30days , I had to take it on Sunday again,15th September 2024, the same guy again refused to take it.
I called the Walmart Edmundston again on 16th morning, the CSM said it’s 30 days you can come anytime. But for the people working from Monday to Friday and staying 2hours distance from the store. How can they go any time?
How can you hire someone at CSM without training on the returns which is their main job? and who doesn’t even try to listen to the customer.
How do I rise a complaint?

They would not allow my service dog in the door. Being from Ontario, I have never run into this. The man at the door was very rude about it. Would not even listen to me. I guess I will have to find out if this is a law in New Brunswick, it isn't anywhere else we have been.

Clean store with friendly staff. And thanks for allowing us to park overnight in our little camper. We always make sure we get our groceries and supplies on the road at Walmart☺️

This walmart has a unique feel to it compared to any other walmart I've visited across the province. It has a finished concrete floor, which gives it an open warehouse ambiance.
In addition to this, because it is near the quebec border, it has many quebec made food items you don't find at walmarts in other parts of the province.
While I visit this location every time I have the misfortune of being in Edmundston, my most recent (29/06/2024 -21:30) foray proved to be positively different, all thanks to a formidable cashier. The cashier Angie, had the most positive and hilarious attitude and commentary I've ever encountered in a retail worker before.
Being a long time former retail employee myself, it's easy to be underappreciated for the work you do, and I think Angie should be commended and appointed as the CEO of Walmart Canada for the hilarity, her positive ray of sunshine attitude, and for the kindness she displayed to us, and the customers before and after us. I think we can all confirm that walmart is a s*it job and she is really making the very best of it, while putting a smile on the customers' faces. Thanks for making my inopportune visit to edmundston a positive one, Angie.

I returned an E-Bike and have confirmation of delivery to Walmart warehouse in Brampton, ONT. On May 30 2024.
After numerous chats, I was told to expect refund within 5 to 7 business days. Tomorrow is the 9th day and today the chat agent again asked me to send them a copy of the delivery confirmation even after I gave him the bill number and transport company tracking site. Seems they want to stall it long enough so will finally give up. Problem is that I don't have the bike and they have over $1200.00 of my money. Shame on Walmart for such dishonest company policy. I will tell my story to whoever plans to shop at Walmart.
