I called the service department halfway through a stressful and long trip because my AC was leaking in the car and it rained on our feet for several hours of driving. Isabelle and Patrick were absolute professionals and so pleasant. They were able to get me a service appointment and were immensely more help than CAA whose website was out of date and who didn’t answer a phone. Can’t say enough good things about owning a Toyota or about the people that work at Toyota dealerships.

Bought my vehicle saying I had winter tires with it, and gave them a chance to own up. And give me what they charged me for, and lying to me. I will not be passed as a fool. I know what I see on my papers. Would not recommend buying from them. If you want to be lied to.

Negatif experience, had spoke with the seller to come purchase a car, came from riviere du loup, once at toyota the seller told me the car was sold to someone else thats my 3rd bad experience with this dealership i highly unrecommend dealing with them.

Purchased a RAV4 Hybrid from a distance. Richard and Annie made this such an easy, fast, pleasant experience that we would recommend them to anyone and we would certainly go back for our next purchase. Very happy with our experience!

Edmundston Toyota offers exceptional quality service. The welcome by telephone and in person is warm and the staff is very competent and attentive to your needs and concerns. I live in Fredericton, but I buy all my cars from this dealership. My past experiences in the service are also without reproach (too bad I'm so far gone now!). Edmundston Toyota was recently of considerable and valuable assistance as the Fredericton dealership struggled to diagnose a battery problem. Even from a distance, the sales and service offered by Edmundston Toyota are fantastic. Little advice for an even better experience... you are looking for a tank, look for Richard
