I will never shop in this store again. They sold us a compact washer/dryer with a defective motor and they knew it. On top of that, they refused to repair or replace it. They held us off until the warranty ran out, then they sent a repair man out who did nothing. Totally disgusted.UPDATE.As a last resort we called a service rep from another town to confirm my suspicions. As it turns out I was mistaken. The unit we purchased was a space-saver washer/dryer. We had side-by-side working at the time which convinced me that the electrical, the plug worked well. After the first repairman left, I checked the plug with a tester and got a positive read. What I should have done was shake the plug. In that case I would not have got a read because the plug was defective, working only once in a while. The repairmen could not change the plug because they are not electricians. Therefore, they cannot cross the line as they are service repair only. It would be my responsibility to change the plug or have an electrician do so. Once the plug was changed the dryer began working. It has been a few weeks and everything has been working fine.My apologies to the store for the one star review.
