Not a good place to take pictures. They have a very complicated software system for downloading pictures instead of simply emailing the final product to you.They charge a huge $40 amount for just two pictures, and then using their extremely complicated software system you can’t even download it in the correct format you want. Management really needs to get rid of the system, and also have the employee there edit the pictures to final formats and send to customers. The software is really bad at editing.The employee there was very nice though, nothing wrong with him!

I ordered 12×12. And the person who was their told me it's take 20 hours. I say ok.. And came back after 01 day.. And pick the order.. When i came home to give it my friend who is going abroad.. It's totally disaster. Not correct size. Small. And in the sticker said it's one hour service.
Am really disappointed..
