Halifax location is amazing and my favourite store. I usually come to this store whenever I’m in town. The store was such a mess today that you couldn’t even shop. I mentioned that to my grandma and she said it’s been like that for the last couple months (we’re both hardcore UP fans). The cashiers acted like we were inconveniencing them. Always sucks having an experience like that. I usually spend $100-$300 per visit, but I felt like I was shopping in a thrift store with all the racks/clothes all jumbled together with no rhyme or reason. Spent $0, even though I wanted to go on a spree. Grandma bought a pair of sweatpants. Oh well, guess I get to save my $$ lol

stood in line for 10 minutes, waited for the teller to call us up, but he started counting his till instead. I asked him after 6 minutes waiting for us to get service. He never responded, only looked up and looked to the next girl starting her shift to respond. She said she's "cashing in" so it'll be just minute. We were just about to leave when I asked if we could please get some service. She huffed and then yelled at her manager across the store and asked for someone else to come onto the till. A young lady ran to the till and started chasing us out. Thanks to the young lady for working hard, but shame on the rest of you for treating us like we were invisible.

Had a very bad experience at urban planet Champlain mall, dieppe. Please don’t walk in without knowing the return policy on every single item & listen carefully. i prefer to record the audio while doing the billing. will not recommend to anyone any given day. Crazy staff with so much foul language even from the manager(if she was one). Not a polite staff at all

It was alright. I just wish they put a female employee at the fitting room instead of a man (went multiple times and 2 times out of 3 it was a man).
I would be more at ease, especially in this store since you need to go out to look at the mirror. I noticed all the female workers are in the cashier zone. No offense, but maybe switching their roles sometimes may be better ?

Your staff, Somia Pandey. She is very rude and does not understand customer service. My kids were scared after interacting with her as a customer.
A little customer training goes a long way.

I just hope there's a restock soon. There's a few shirts and outfits that I wanted to order for my boys, but they didn't have them in stock ATM. I REALLY REALLY still want to order them.

We have been trying to reach the store all day. With a total of 100+ outgoing calls and no answer. One time they picked up and hung up. Trash store that can't afford to have enough employees on the floor so one can have the customer service skills to even answer the phone. Even if they answered and placed me on hold would be more appropriate than no answer at all. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Their manager should be let go as they clearly don't know the value of customers that spend $ in their store

I went to buy a gift for my friend. Really good prices for most of the clothes compared to other shops in the mall.
I ended up buying gifts and ugly sweater for Christmas with lights.
Friendly customer care. Ample parking for mall customers. Not difficult to find a door and shop.
Changing rooms available. Easy returns and Worth of money. I enjoyed the 30% sale on my visit.
Kids, gents and female options available.

To begin, 2 things. 1 I used to be the Co-Manager of this location for over 2 years. 2 this is one of the biggest stores in the entire company.The Moncton Urban Planet has been a blemish on the face of their parent company (YM Inc) for SOO many years. The trouble is trying to get an ENTIRE quality staff in there who is completely supported by Head Office. THAT is the only way that any ACTUAL sustainable change could happen.All in all I still feel I am being generous with my 2 out of 5 rating…..

Always something on sale here! Pretty good quality although I cannot see any difference between the fancy label stuff and the budget line so just. BUy the basics.

The lines are actually crazy. The cashier employees take 20 years to scan. They need to learn how to hurry up and its like they never scanned clothes before. This one indian lady forgot to give me my refund, and I thought it would go through the next day, but it didnt. Please do better service net time.

Very messy place. Staff are mean to newer and younger employees. Very overwhelming to be in this specific store as it is cluttered and you can't fond anything.
