I came into Ricki’s today looking for a shirt. Jennifer greeted me with a smile and was so helpful and made me laugh. My friend and I were there for awhile and she helped me find some wonderful things. I left feeling confident and bought things in colours I never would have even tried and love them all. Thank you jennifer can’t wait to come in and see you again.

The product itself was good but the experience shopping wasn’t the best. The store was extremely warm, to the point that it was uncomfortable to shop in. The sales staff also didn’t interact with us at all until we checked out, instead the employees were on their phones and chatting between themselves.

I usually shop at Rickis trinity Blvd. Moncton N.B. but within the past week I have shopped at Rickis , Champlain Mall. Wonderful experience both visits. Staff knowledgeable and extremely helpful.On my last visit , Wednesday, July 5, I couldn't find my bank card. I looked in the dressing room, no luck. By this time I was in a panic, the sales lady said " I'll double check, "and sure enough she found my card behind the stool in the dressing room. Sorry I didn't get her name, I was busy thanking her profusely.Good shopping experience . And lesson learned, never put your bank card in a shallow pocket.
