    Horrible banking processes and no care about their customers.

    Understaffing is not the issue. Even with 4 desk staff they are working at 0.25x speed processing approximately 1 client every 30mins. Bring a folding chair some food and maybe even a board game. You could probably squeeze in a good game of chess or even Monopoly in the lineup. I would pay $500/month to have an express... read full comment

    The lack of flow here is astounding. every. single. time. Worst bank branch I’ve ever delt with. Management needs to step up here if they want to keep their customers.
