I no longer went to this branch to take my ID photos, untrained employees and manager to whom you complain who tells you to redo them... and pay for them again!! What a great commercial gesture! Now, I had another "nice" experience at the Canada Post office which is manned at times by a store employee.... In fact an incompetent one, and I find myself having to reimburse $50 in customs fees to my correspondent abroad because the slip was incorrectly filled out despite my information... and I've been doing the same type of sending (gift for a child) for 20 years... In short.... I'm going to submit a complaint to Canada Post so that they take a closer look at this office. No point opening it on Sunday if it means putting untrained people there instead of the usual employees who know their job... So in this store, there is only the Pharmacy which I find very good, and the manager has nothing to do with it, I suppose! And for the rest, I'm going to put my money elsewhere. . At the neighboring Shopers Drugmart which just opened, for example. Long live competition!

I took two ID photos there, cost 52$ before the tax and the both digital copy were refused by the immigration website, because they were too dark. And I went back to ask for help with taking another one. The staff who took the picture refused to help, she told me she didn’t have a white board for brightening our face. she didn’t even want to hear what I need, she kept her happy face and kept telling me that she could do nothing for me, she was happy and didn’t care about my problem. Coz it’s my problem, none of her business. Her colleague was nice but couldn’t help me either. So, don’t go to this terrible place for the terrible photo service!!!

It's hard, my mother-in-law goes to get her medicine, call in advance, lack of medicine, we throw away the nitro, pass the date before even checking if they have any!!!! Always wait for medication correction. You might as well close if you are not able to do your job.

At the Jean Coutu in Dieppe, my 16-year-old brother experienced harassment and racial profiling!Moments after entering the store, he was approached by two employees (one of whom is the assistant manager), accusing him of parking "his vehicle" where he shouldn't. Despite explaining he doesn't own a car or a license and walked to the store, they insisted they had him on video and photo, alleging it was him and calling him a liar. When he asked for proof, they refused to show the video and photo while persisting it was him. Other remarks were made, making my brother uncomfortable.Upon arriving home, he informed us, and our father went back with him to seek explanations. They returned today because one of the employees had left when they first went (yesterday). In essence, they couldn't provide any photo or video evidence, admitted to having gone too far, and apologized.Okay, but I can't help but put myself in the shoes of my black, underage, and timid brother. The only person in the store was harassed and persecuted. He wasn't even asked a single question about the issue; just accused.We requested to speak with the owner and manager, but were told both were out of town. I conclude that the "incident" doesn't seem important enough for them to be reached. So yes, we contacted the Human Rights Commission.It's sad to see my baby brother subjected to this kind of treatment. Employees should receive training on racial profiling, harassment, and customer approach, especially with minors.Educate and raise awareness! It's frustrating to witness people's ignorance.
