Left there in 2021 with 3 pairs of boots for 3 ppl ranging from costume to long term. Very pleased. They went above and beyond to find sizes, stopped us from buying an expensive pair of Boulets that the toe was dented/mis-shapened and swiftly brought another same size. Let me wander all over that place with zero supervision. They have all the cowboy gear you cud dream of plus snowmobile apparel and more. I was in awe of the selection. Who knew there was even a store in there? Love it! Def wud buy again. My daughter loved the old school hospitality.

i bought my boots 3 days ago and the sol is already starting to detach from the boot. the lady looked over us like a hawk and was rude. i would not recommend this place

Wouldn't bother going to this place, was a complete waste of time. Called them at 410pm to ask about stock then told them i would be on my way to have a look. I drove 30 minutes and arrived there at 445pm to their doors locked with a closed sign on the door even tho its states everywheres 6pm closing time.

They do not stand behind their products.Get a pair of boots here 9 month ago and the heel fell off and was told to take it to a shop in Shediac.

Staff was rude... when we walked in she was abrupt and unwelcoming... the store is cluttered and looks like most stock has been on the shelves since the 80's.At checkout I waited for 10 minutes, employee never came around so we left potential purchases on the counter and walked out.Waste of time.

From the moment we walked in the lady was quite abrupt and rude making us feel like we were not welcome or an inconvenience. We walked around for over half an hour without anyone coming to ask us if we needed help or asking if there was anything we were looking for. We ended up leaving items at the cash register and walking out. Unfortunately I would not bother to stop in again.
