I always believed that the FedEx name was the pinical of what a delivery company should strive to be like. No longer. Out of all the shipping companies the only one that consistently has "Delivery Exception" or "Delayed " is FedEx. Over the past year I've had three occasions where this has happend with a delivery company. All of them are FedEx. Not due to bad weather or any other "Act of God".I'm running a buisness and I can't depend on FedEx. I live just outside of Moncton so it's not like I'm in the middle of nowhere. FedEx you need to do better. How is it a ground shipment can get from Quebec to Moncton in 2 days. Yet it takes 5 days to get from Moncton to Petitcodiac. My idea that FedEx was the "Pinical " of shipping. You've taken more than a step back. You are now amongst the back of the pack.

I was waiting for the parcel. She came to Dieppe, but for some reason was sent to Edmonton. Another person got it. Thanks to you, my child didn't get a present for Christmas. I am very upset.

We waited for our delivery at our house, they didn't even try to deliver the package, never knocked or called or anything, just left a "we missed you slip". Terrible customer service, when I phone I only get connected to a robot that doesn't know how to help with basic tasks. There is no option to talk to a human. This is the third time this has happened, and I can't even call them to complain. Very unhelpful, what an awful way to take care of your customers.

Had a general question about how to address a package going ground as HFPU at an Air depot. The stupid computer that answers the phone could not figure out the question, and would not transfer me to a real agent without a tracking number for something that hasn't been shipped yet The computer simply hung up on me.

I was expecting a shipment and upon tracking it I found the shipper had placed the wrong civic number on my parcel. The shipment was returned to FedEx. Since I lived outside of City, I contacted them with all the info they needed, all they had to do is change 1 number in the 4 digit address and then deliver. They refused and said it was up to the shipper. By the time we reached out it was too late. Shipment was returned to shipper.

Friendly staff. The newly renovated package drop off / pick up office defies everything we learned during covid. Impossible to keep a 6ft distance from anyone else in the office and bringing in a large package is guaranteed to bump someone or something. Whoever designed it sure didnt spend any time in it.

I’ve been waiting my order to be delivered today and I was up since 7 am and i got the door tag at 9 am, they don't even bother to ring the doorbell, knock the door and call me. Worst shipping company
