Don’t even mind giving 10 star rating. I went to the store during the peak hours for my daughter to buy a prom dress on a busy Saturday. Everyone seemed nice and friendly. But, a girl in the fitting rooms named I am not sure if it is right but as far as I remember it was “bavka”. She helped us for more than two hours to figure out the best dress for my daughter and I can’t thank her enough for her opinions and help while managing everything else in the busy fitting rooms. Really recommend going there and they have really nice collection for prom and wedding.

If I could give negative stars I would have. This was one of the worst customer service I have ever had in my life.My daughter bought a shirt wore it for about 15 minutes then decided she didn’t like it. We went to return it and they would not take it back. It did have the tags off of it however she kept them to give them back. We did not wash the shirt because we didn’t need to as she didn’t wear it long enough to get the shirt dirty or even look worn. Since the clerk smelt the shirt and said it smelt nice we automatically washed it. I explained that my daughters use spray in their room. So since the tags were off and the shirt smelt nice they wouldn’t take it back. My daughter was super upset because she paid this with her own money and ended up not liking the shirt. The clerk said since the tags were not attached and because the shirt smelt nice they would not be able to put the shirt back on the racks to sell. The fact was they didn’t want to give a refund at all costs. The clerk looked at the shirt for at least 5 minutes trying to find something wrong with it. Very disappointing. I will never recommend anyone to go to envy + grace!!!!!!

Okay wow!!! Customer service here is amazing. Found a dress I loved and one of the staff (Jaime) noticed some threading that was coming undone when I went to pay for it - he went out of his way to check if he had any more in my size. He knew they would be getting some in and called me later in the day to let me know he’d found one and did the exchange for me! Also helped me adjust the dress when I couldn’t quite get the ties right myself when trying it one. So lovely as well! 10/10 for envy. Also their summer dress styles rn are top tier, found exactly what i was looking for ✨

Do not go here for a dress if you are large or bigger. Biggest size is large and it wouldn’t fit a medium. As an XL I was very disappointed. Staff was so friendly and helpful but not much they could do. :(

I entered this store with my friend and we then separated to shop on opposite sides of the store, and it is not my experience that was problematic, but the different treatment my friend received.I am a small woman, below average in both height and weight. My friend is an average sized woman, perhaps slightly overweight.I was greeted immediately and warmly, and during my visit I was asked if I needed assistance twice, was offered a fitting room, and was informed of their daily promotion by two different associates.My friend was not welcomed, and while she was browsing clothing an employee asked her if she was "waiting for someone." She was not informed of the promotions, was not asked if she needed help, and was not offered a fitting room, despite holding some items over her arm just like I was. When I was in the fitting room she was approached a second time by the same employee and again asked "are you waiting for someone?"Very, very disappointing experience. I have worked in sales for ten years and this is absolutely unacceptable, both because of the blatant body shaming my friend received, and because of the purely terrible salesmanship. It is not in good business interest to insult your customers and refuse them assistance. We went to another store afterwards where we had a much more professional experience, and we'll be sure to let others know why.

Very very expensive for very cheap quality clothing. You have to be careful of the clothing you find on sale because they are probably ripped. Good quality clothing is few and far between.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I noticed another dress I liked at the counter; it was 2 minutes to closing and the girl encouraged me to try it on and assured me it was no problem that the store was closing. It was a great experience and I will definitely shop here again.
