“I was a bit hesitant about visiting this store after reading the reviews. However, I bit the bullet and went; I had a very pleasant experience and bought a new phone.
What I will say is that consideration needs to be given to the length of time that it would take to buy these types of products, as customers will have questions and different considerations in choosing their final option.
I estimated about 20 minutes minimum; therefore if you visit the store and all the associates are engaged, and there is a cue, the wait time could be a bit.
When I went there were 3 customers and 3 associates, I waited about 15 minutes and once it was my turn, I found that the associate who dealt with me (a guy - wish I got his name) was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
I would therefore recommend.”
