Customer service you can't understand and are incompetent, asked to cancel one order did the opposite. They charged shipping as local store has no stock, so restock and shipping is over a week and hasn't left Ontario FFS shitshow.

Only go there if you know what you are looking for. Struggled to find what I was looking for while the sales reps had a casual conversation.

My zipper broke on my winter coat this morning so I have to shop for a new one. They had nothing I liked bigger than a small but it is to be expected in February. Would be a great place to check when the winter clothing comes out in the early fall.
