Poor customer service, both my wife and myself canceled our cell phone plans. Received our last invoice and payed them the same day we received them which had a due date of a few weeks later, we both received a call the next day that our accounts where overdue but both where payed off I challenged the lady that was calling since this was the second time this happened the lady looked at my account and confirmed it was payed in full not sure why the harassed us not professional at all won't be recommending them at all.

Some of the locations I visit frequently in Moncton are Family Doctor's Office on Mapleton, Kent Moncton, Home Depot and Costco, strangely the reception in these areas are horrible, I've used both Virgin and Bell and it's been the same experience, I just switched to Eastlink, I was able to make calls and send messages in all the location. So I'm really impressed by the service quality. My guess is their technology is different, whatever it is, they make the big players look bad. And it is cheaper!

Don’t bother preordering any new phones. They won’t keep one for you even though you have an order number and confirmation to come pick it up. No apologies were given, and no desire to make sure that I’d get one the next incoming shipment. Basically, they gave the phone to someone else. Very disappointed in the customer service.

It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone for customer service via phone, email, or chat.I ended up going into the store for help and the employee took my name and number and took notes and ensured the manager would give me a call. You can guess why I am giving a 1 star.Customer service needs improvement big time.

I'm impressed. They saved me a ton of money on my monthly, and I even added phones for my kids with the savings and still saved!Staff is super friendly and patient. They all seem well trained and know their system. Even the online chat system has great techs!

I don't appreciate coming in for a job and asking politely how long the job wait process is.I had a customer representative tell me it takes months and that he didn't get his job for awhile and that they weren't fricken hiring.To be talked to like this coming from New Zealand to Canada is very poor mannerism.Also says that you are hiring within your store,If not remove the job advertisement as this is false advertising.I asked for a store manager to make my complaint about a certain worker,Claims their was no manager?I have been a assistant store manager previous in New Zealand and know that there always has to be a working manager all the time.Not happy,DORIAN PREECE!

Used to be a great small little ISP. You could call an get a real person on the phone very quickly unlike the big 3. Not sure what happened to them, but now they are unreachable almost completely. Even the folks in their store look wretched and resigned to their fate. Looks like they are headed towards bankruptcy or acquisition. In terms of service, at least in NB, you can't get 5G almost anywhere. Call quality is awful.

I love the Unlimited Data Plans. These days going on a Pubic Wifi is like playing Russian Roulette! With 45 GB who needs wifi. Eastlink makes my mobile life more secure!
