I had an excellent experience at Crescent Gold and Diamond. The service I received was attentive and responded to my needs. The staff were kind and engaging and made me feel special as I made a significant investment for a milestone moment. And they also provided outstanding service without being pushy or overselling. Tyler waited on us as we bought a new diamond ring and got I stone replaced on my old ring. He was awesome. He wrapped my new diamond and was very helpful. Highly recommend this store. Tyler is your guy to go to.

I went in to look at possibly trading in my Diamond. There was one set I liked and asked for the final trade in amount and what the monthly payments would be and was given both amounts. I did not purchase as I wanted to think about it. I want back for a second look and the salesperson (Sharon) was off but in talking to the manager it turns out the “Final Amount” did not include the tax. The manager insisted it was a “communication mix up”. And every statement I made was countered with a but comment from him. I told he and the clerk I could see a mix up with the exception of telling me what my monthly payments would be. I would have gotten a bill much higher than what I was told. Also the sales clerk wrote everything down except the amounts. This is big investments and deserves more care and clarity on the part of this store. So my advice is to insist that everything is written down and that the breakdowns are understandable My review is a 1 but would be 0 if it was available

The WORST place ever!!!I brought a Swiss watch to replace a battery, and they broke my watch! They said that it was not their fault. I took a watch and gave it to a watchmaker, and he said that the mechanism that holds the battery is broken!!!! Now I need to replace the full mechanism. That means that my expansive Swiss watch is a piece of nothing now!! DO NOT go to this place.

Good jewelers- but, a week to change a watch battery?It took longer to tell me how they do it than it would take to just change the battery.

I went in to your store today to get my wedding rings inspected as I am at the six month mark. The store was a bit busy, but not overly crowded, I was more than willing to wait my turn. I smiled and said hello to one of the employees (a lady 60+ in age). She did not even say hello back, but gave me a dirty look and abruptly told me she was busy. Rather shocked, I said “Oh that’s fine, I just have to get my rings inspected.” Her response? “Well there is a line and you’re going to have to stand in it and wait for that!” Meanwhile there was NO line indicating that I had to “stand in it” so how was I supposed to know? I certainly did not expect to be served immediately and obviously not before someone who was there before me. A simple “Someone will be with you in a moment.” Would have sufficed just fine. She really embarrassed me and was very unfriendly and just so rude, and I see in the previous reviews other people have had problems with her as well, so it was not just me. I’m not one to ever leave a negative review, but I travelled 2 hours to Moncton today to enjoy some Christmas shopping. I’ve been planning this trip for months and have been so looking forward to it. Unfortunately, this lady’s rude, sour attitude ruined my entire day and experience. I simply left the mall and didn’t even continue shopping. I’m not holding the entire store and staff responsible for the actions of one person, and I can always give grace to anyone who is having a bad day, but from the comments I’ve read, it looks like she does this sort of thing a lot. I sincerely think she needs to be talked to about how she treats customers, because I can guarantee you it will affect your business negatively. If you cannot be cordial and kind to your customers, who were nothing but kind and friendly to you, then you should not be in customer service.

Never had as much problems with any jewelry as I did with the ring from this store. EVERY time I wear my ring (wore it 4x in 2 years) I lose stones. The first tim eI brought it they just exchanged it for a new one. This time the staff was rude telling me I had to pay for the stones because it wasn’t covered under waranty; I was willing to pay because I do not plan on wearing the ring ever again(because I lose stones everytime I do). I got a call that the ring was ready for pickup, when I got to pick up the ring they had not fixed it, said I didn’t answer when they called to approve the estimate; however when they called they told me it was ready for pick up and never mentionned anything about an estimate ?! I just picked up the ring (not fixed) and left. This place is a headache and a half. Would not reccomend.

I had a very minor repair done to my watch and the owner could have charged me a minimum fee of $5 or $10 and I would have thought that was fair but my bill was only $2.00! An honourable store owner.
