My daughter (8) is very much into fashion and always has a wonderful time picking out items in store and online. It's also not hard for my teenage son to find things he likes there as well which is great because he doesn't normally like to shop. Oh and The customer service is always great too ?”

“The guys working were so helpful the entire time we were there! Find the one with the face tatts & the younger looking fella with the curly hair (+possible beanie¿?). They made sure we had everything we needed and even found some rad things we definitely wouldn’t of noticed if they hadn’t of pointed them out.Took off a star solely because it’s a bit pricy. “I was very pleased with this location. I was trying on new clothes in the change rooms, the blonde lady (I didn’t catch her name) who was working there was very helpful last Monday. She grabbed me different sizes in clothing that wasn’t fitting and helped me find the perfect outfit for my job interview. Would recommend and will be back!”

“Don’t even mind giving 10 star rating. I went to the store during the peak hours for my daughter to buy a prom dress on a busy Saturday. Everyone seemed nice and friendly. But, a girl in the fitting rooms named I am not sure if it is right but as far as I remember it was “bavka”. She helped us for more than two hours to figure out the best dress for my daughter and I can’t thank her enough for her opinions and help while managing everything else in the busy fitting rooms. Really recommend going there and they have really nice collection for prom and wedding.”

“It was a great experience and probably my favorite outdoor clothing location simply because of the customer care. I bought a lightweight winter jacket for my winter hikes and camping in 2020. And had a minor issue with the zipper. Went to the store last week and Manager Tanya was extremely helpful to make it right with the super worthy Eddie Bauer warranty.Highly recommended and worthy price tags. You will be surprised by the collection they have. Friendly and helpful staff.Design Wise also up in the marketMust visit if you're into outdoor and regular activities. Check mall hours before visit and easy access on the sports check side entrance (Champlain Mall)”
“I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEE THIS STORE!!!!! but your maybe wondering why i gave it a four then. i would because… FIRST let me just say the store is amazing!! i love shopping for the sanrio stuff! (sanrio is hello kitty and her friends and stuff) they have a wide variety of sanrio stuff for me to shop with! they never let me down on the variety! but the prices… i have stopped buying there as much to save some money because i don’t have a job! i live off allowance ? anyways, hot topic, it’s so much money there! example: i wanted to buy sanrio hair ties (2 pack) and it was 15$!!! that’s so expensive!now it might be so expensive because sanrio stuff comes from japan and china (mostly) so that might be extra $$ because of shipping so that might be why. also becuase since it’s branded hello kitty it might be more. if you don’t understand: normal shirt = 10$ disney shirt= 20$ because Disney is so popular and they trick people to buy it more BECAUSE it’s Disney! anyways hot topic, please consider lowering the prices because it’s probably causing lots to not shop there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!EMPLOYEESthe employees are fine, i never had a problem. lots of you are complaining that there standing there doing nothing. but that’s what happens when i go anywhere like urban planet sports check and others. sometimes the employees will ask if i need help with. anything, and that’s good! the employees also inform me of sales at the checkout center!”

“We go there at least twice a year when we go on our Mustang trips to Alma. All four of us love the restaurant. Great food, good portions, reasonable prices and great staff. Best haddock I've ever had and had to complement chef. Highly recommended.”
“Left there in 2021 with 3 pairs of boots for 3 ppl ranging from costume to long term. Very pleased. They went above and beyond to find sizes, stopped us from buying an expensive pair of Boulets that the toe was dented/mis-shapened and swiftly brought another same size. Let me wander all over that place with zero supervision. They have all the cowboy gear you cud dream of plus snowmobile apparel and more. I was in awe of the selection. Who knew there was even a store in there? Love it! Def wud buy again. My daughter loved the old school hospitality.”
