Had a great experience the other day, I went in to pickup my pre-order for the S24 Ultra. Thanks to Alyssa Harris, she made the process super easy as usual, she answered just about every question I had, helped pickout the right accessories like a case, power adapter, even screen protector!Overall I had a great experience, awesome customer service, and I love the phone too!

Terrible just terrible ... I been with bell Aliant since my son was a year old, his turning 20 next month and i got a hard time to get upgrade my cellphone after being told all year that i could and then they refuse me cause i didn't pay my bill yet well wait a minute i always pay it on the 1st of the month , so now apparently even though i pay my bill every single month, an i do have disabilities an so does my 4ty baby , u want a note or something which I'm sure i already gave mine in cause i sent it to Telus, and u can also check with rogers when i went threw some hard time those companies were there for me ,, and i felt the support but right now my taxes are fukd up and now i apparently owe 40, thousand 6 hundred dollars and some change it's crazy and i also found the code for the governments program of keeping families closer!

Frustrated and upset! Technician did not show up to install my wifi service!!! I am new in town and badly needed wifi service..i asked the service rep on what time technician arrive to install but she only said that there is no definite time just wait between 8am-5pm and after waiting the whole day no technician showed up! Poor service, not true to their words to their clients!

We switched from Roger's to Bell for our internet service. Biiig mistake. We were promised the fastest internet available. It crashes more than Roger's ever did. The first few days uploading went fast, now sending anything via email, messenger etc takes forever and loading pages can take minutes a la dial up.Do not fall for the lie they're better than all other internet. Too bad there's a telecom monopoly in canada with just a few holding all the power. Be nice if an independent company popped up.

I had a great exerience with a sales representative named Jesse this afternoon. I purchased a cell phone and phone contract and he made the whole experience fast, informative and made extra sure i was getting the services needed while also being super friendly to not only myself and grandfather but also to my three year old busy son who came with us. Highly recommend ?
