My windshield wiper flew off my car while driving an Rte 11. The staff at Napa were so helpful! They put a new wiper on my car in minutes, and were so incredibly friendly. THANK YOU!!

We arrived just minutes after closing time but the gentleman saw that we were in desperate need of a driver's side wiper blade. He was already in his vehicle about to drive away when he stopped and got out to help us. He opened the store back up, found us the right blade promptly and even opened it up and put it on himself to make sure it was the right fit. Then he took the packaging and said he'd dispose of it for us too. All this while serving us with a smile. We must have said thank you a dozen times and he said he just couldn't leave us in that condition. I'm only sorry I didn't think to ask this super helpful and kind man his name.
