I had an appointment booked today, when I got there they said my appointment was yesterday and that they tried calling. I had no missed calls. I remember writing the appointment time and date down when I originally called, so when I got home I checked my calendar and confirmed the appointment was today. I specifically asked for today because the day before I had another appointment elsewhere to get my tires changed over.
Why am I so confident? When I was there today I rebooked, straight away I was sent a confirmation text from them. A text I was not sent the first time I booked. So I suspect that they did not book me in and had double booked my time.
Why not just be honest with me? Instead of making it seem like it was me that got the date wrong?
Anyway, I’m sure you do good work here and your rating reflects this - but you lost a customer today because of this and any recommendations to friends and family. Just be honest next time - I would’ve understood, double booking happens.

This is the only place I will ever take my car. Gabriel and all of his mechanics are honest and hard working. They are so good at diagnosing problems, just by the noise my car makes. They visually show the customer where the problem lies. Gabriel is a great manager as well, his crew do not have to work weekends and I noticed that he urges his guys to take a proper lunch break. I think this may be why he keeps his employees. Great Job!Services: Exhaust

I've been bringing my cars to G.L. since I moved here last year. Had a few minor and not so minor repairs. Every issue is explained, and quotes provided are detailed with breakdowns of parts costs plus labor charges so never any surprises. I've been pleased with the work done every time. Mechanic work and customer service is top notch. New app with emails and reminders is also helpful. Overall always a great experience!Services: Tires

New to town. The staff is friendly and despite being new I've been treated like a long time customer. Even helping me out in a time crunch before leaving for a unexpected trip to Ontario. They have definitely won my loyalty for all my future mechanical needs.

Our camper broke down a few miles from Bouctouche. CAA connected us to a tow truck driver who graciously connected us to Gabriel LeBlanc, owner of G.L. Auto Service. He came to us, fixed us up and got us back on the road in less than 2 hours!! We are so grateful for their quick service and great work!! And so friendly!! MERCI Gabriel!
