Stopped in the bookstore to grab some time-killing paperbacks. Great selection of books! They don’t do 1 for 1 swaps, but might give you a small credit if you trade in a paperback that’s in great shape and will sell. Paperbacks are CAD$2.95.

We went looking for the book shop, but it was closed so we stopped into the craft shop located in the barn. We were sad to hear that the book shop wasn’t going to be open the day we were in town. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. We were ultimately heading to the Hopewell Rocks and she gave us a map and marked off a bunch of off the beaten track points of interest to do on our way. We are very grateful for this. We had a wonderful time. We plan to go back and hope to stay at her B&B. The craft shop is filled with many beautiful pieces. We highly recommend stopping by and checking it out.

Great place to stay and friendly and personable service. Breakfast was truly fantastic. Have pancakes with homemade syrup!!!
