I set up an appointment. The banker was busy at the time of my appointment. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked Carlos if he can ask the other banker how long it could take to wait (10 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour). He said he cannot ask the other banker as not to inconvenience the other clients he was just serving. Not sure why it is better to inconvenience clients who actually set up appointment for the same time.

This company sucks! It's not the people or the location. Their policies are a scam! I just cashed a check for $162.50 and they charged me a $7.50 fee to do it. ITS THEIR CHECK! It is literally a Wells Fargo check. Then they have the gall to tell me "to avoid the fee" I can open an account with them. Why would I ever do that?! I can see if it were a Wells Fargo check and I tried to cash it at a different bank then maybe. Realize that the check was made out to CASH by the vendor paying me as they didn't have my info when they paid it. So infuriating! Never will I ever consider opening an account with this scamming bank.

I run a business located in South Lake Tahoe area and were looking to get a business loan with Wells Fargo. We had a meeting set up with a specific loan specialist, Amber Nevarez. At the designated time and date, she stood us up and never came to the meeting, and also never communicated that she would be late. We ended up leaving and bringing our business to a different bank because of the lack of professionalism shown at Wells Fargo. Dont give Wells Fargo your money.

I had the worst experience of my life at this banking branch earlier today. These folks are understaffed and they dont let you forget it the entire time you are there. The staff is rude, inconsiderate and filled with animosity because of it. Any sense of providing customer service is long gone. They should all be retrained or, better yet, fire them and hire individuals who care about their customers.

What a joke this sorry excuse for a bank is. They often “temporarily close” without any warning. Basically, their inability to attract and retain employees becomes the customers problem. On two occasions in the last month, I arrived at this branch only to find out it was not openingthat day. My only option was to drive across town and wait in line for over an hour because that branch was also short staffed. If the company I work for didn’t issue our paychecks from Wells, I would never have a reason to set foot in one. The company in general sucks, but they need to close this branch down for good because their inability to service customers is mildly infuriating

Five stars for personnel and service... when they are open. Zero stars for the many times I have arrived at the door only to be greeted by a sign "Temporarily Closed" or suddenly modified hours. I have a safe deposit box there and when they close for a week with no warning like they had when I arrived today, I'm out of luck, not to mention wasting the drive there. It's not the fault of the people who work there, they are great. But I can't recommend your counting on this a physical branch to do business in person.
