The parking here is $12, and there is usually parking spaces available even on busy days. There is beach bar servind cocktails, and a little snack shack too. Your best bet is just bring a cooler with your own snacks and drinks.

Over 4th of July, we placed online reservations for jet skis for the family and made the drive to arrive early, as the information online told us to. When we arrived, the parking lot was full and closed, and there was NOWHERE along the highway to park. I called to ask if there was somewhere else to park and I was told no, just the highway, that due to the holiday, the parking lot had been full since 7 a.m. It makes zero sense to me that they'd not have somewhere to park for the people who paid in advance for their equipment. The guy said "I've been telling them they should reserve parking for people who rent her skis, but they don't listen to me."

Very nice food!!!But …Every food is served in plastic compartments, that’s unforgivable, especially because there can be no excuse in terms of work or money. One cover costs 60ct at least, this place could save tons of money not serving in plastic but getting themselves a dish washer.Let’s do the Math: minimum 20 tables above and minimum 20 served individuals at the beach. All full at rush hour. This situation 4 hours a day, on the weekend. Each person consuming minimum one dish. One dish is 70 cut plastic stuff.20+20*3= 60 portions / hour minimum.60*4*0,7USD = 168 dollars / dayWe can conclude that there is a budget of 168 dollars/day minimumAvailable for cleaning dishes and buying a dish washer. Not even considering the work one saves through not needing to empty the garbage bins …Since there cannot be a financial incentive not to use ceramic or reusable hard plastic dishes. It can only be ignorance, therefore ONE star.

Hands-down best resort I’ve been to in Lake Tahoe. Fantastic sunset views, great beach and clean amenities.Their Mahi Mahi tacos tasted like finest chicken yet healthier and more delicious. The Pineapple Macadamia Shrimp was phenomenal. You first the pineapple sweetness followed by a slowly overriding meaty sour shrimp crunch. The Mahi Mahi salad was quite fresh and balanced. I complemented it with the garlic fries. The fries were neither too heavy nor too light - just right. The ranch and avocado sausen complemented it quite well. The cheese pizza was also fresh and yummy. For drinks we all got an Arnold’s Palmer and that was spot-on. I got large and continued to drink it even after doing our hike. The cream on top to the amazing food was the quick delivery and amazing service. Our waiter Alperen was friendly, kind and helpful. He explained the menu thoroughly and brought the food swiftly. I always seek this type of friendly interaction and without Alperen our experience would have not felt this amazing.

It was a great experience and a great way to see Lake Tahoe however the diesel fuel smells from the boat engine were really strong and we had to sit outside to get a little relief, I also thought that they missed out on not having any t shirts available that have a picture of the Lake Tahoe & Serenity Cruise on them other than that we had a great time

Beach Bum Bar, nestled within the Round Hill Pines Beach Resort, offered an incredible lakeside experience that left us absolutely delighted. Starting with the logistics, the $12 all-day parking fee might seem a bit steep, but it ensures convenience for your entire stay. While the parking spaces are somewhat limited, arriving early pays off with both a better spot and a more serene atmosphere.Surprisingly, the limited parking worked in our favor as it kept the crowds manageable. The beach wasn't overwhelmingly packed, creating a more enjoyable and relaxed environment. The sandy shore was mostly clean, but do be cautious of the geese and ducks strolling around - they left their mark!Thankfully, the walk from the parking lot wasn't too daunting, and the constantly changing weather - from sunny to cloudy and even thunder - added a touch of adventure to our day. Visiting in late August, the water conditions were impeccable, offering a calm and crystal-clear lake for swimming. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the attentive service. A friendly waitress promptly took our drink orders after our swim, ensuring we didn't have to wait long. After soaking in the sight of boats sailing by, we headed to order our food.I opted for the chicken fried sandwich, and it was a game-changer. The size was generous enough to share with my boyfriend, and the flavors were on point. The fried chicken with a soy glaze was a delightful twist, and the Hawaiian bun was both fresh and delectable. The onion rings were thick, crispy, and satisfyingly delicious.Even though this was my first Lake Tahoe encounter, I find it hard to believe anything could surpass this experience. From the outstanding food to the optimal swimming conditions, Beach Bum Bar provided a remarkable beachside treat that's hard to top. If you're looking for a quintessential lakeside getaway with delectable food and fantastic service, this is the place to be.

Decent parking area, ample bathrooms, nice sand, and beautiful views. If I had any complaint, it was too many people but, that is Tahoe.

My first time going to a Lake Tahoe beach, I was super exited to get my feet in the blue water and compare it to 4 of the 5 Great Lakes that I've swam in while growing up and living in Michigan. I was invited to meet a few coworkers here on a Saturday morning. Started at 9am. I arrived at 9:22. There were no more parking spots remaining. WTH? Totally annoyed, I parked up the road and walked through the recent forested "woods" to get to the beach. It was packed. Ridiculously packed! Coming from the Midwest, this is not what going to the beach meant to me. I'm not used to having to be inches from people all around me.The sand is kind of rough compared to Lake Michigan sand and will definitely give your feet a free "scrub" and exfoliation. I guess that's a bonus cut some....There's a bar/restaurant and the signature drink is the Pain killer! Rum floater was a nice touch. Pretty tasty but like everything here if comes with a hefty price tag. One more reason you only need one.As I mentioned. Parking is limited and so is the space for your beach blanket. Get here early if you really want to park close and get a decent spot on the beach. The views are incredible and the water is cool. It's not cold like Lake Superior, which is why it's named that.Probably pass on coming back here. Beach day to me means relaxing and quiet. Not crowds and chaos.

This is our 3rd time visiting Lake Tahoe, and our second time visiting this restaurant, and it hasn’t disappointed! Food and service are both great. Would definitely recommend trying this place out when visiting Round Hill Pines beach resort!

Our favorite spot. Maybe people are turned away at the $12 parking, but this beach is close to state line and has it all. From the grille, to the bar with awesome bartenders and hosts, to the rentals of chairs, umbrellas, SUPs, and kayaks - do yourself a favor and stop in. We were just here on August 1st, a Tuesday. Arrived at 830a and we were the 4th vehicle. It did get busy but was not bad at all. Shout out to staff for clean restrooms, a great vibe, and for being so helpful. My only minor point for anyone to consider - lots of boats tied to buoys just past the swim zone. It's a bit like frogger if you're swimming or paddling beyond that, but honestly easily navigated. Oh, and even though the lake is full, there's plenty of sand on the beach. There was probably 150 feet of sand from shore to the bar.
