Found Round Hill Jewelers driving back from Sand Harbor. I walked in just to browse their selection. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of different pieces they had within the store. We purchased a pair of diamond earrings and they're absolutely perfect. Marcie, the nice lady who worked at Round Hill Jewelers was kind, inviting and made us feel comfortable. Buying jewelry is a big decision and it always helps when the person who works there is open to asking questions. She made the buying experience more personal. I can not wait to take some of my pieces back there to get custom settings.

A little gem hidden away from the main shopping at Heavenly! My husband wanted to buy me a piece of jewelry for my birthday and it was our wedding anniversary, as well.Found this dainty white gold and diamond ring- Marcy was so sweet- we actually left to think about it and look around but I really loved it - so actually called from a pizza place and Marcy had the ring ready for me - all cleaned and boxed- plus she cleaned my other ring I was wearing :)The prices are varying and it is def a fine jewelry shop but all in all I was still able to find something in my price range and even given a price break!Thanks for the great experience

After meeting with Marcie, I felt comfortable leaving our jewelry with her. She is warm, welcoming, patient, helpful, and kind. ( I didn't meet Tim, but Marcie assured me he does a fabulous job and I concur...he does.) It came to me to go by Roundhill Jewelers to ask if they might clean and inspect our wedding rings for us.( A friend had recommended them highly.) Marcie offered that they could clean and inspect (make sure the diamond is secure in the setting) as well as provide an appraisal and be ready for pick up the next day. The rings and the diamond look beautiful and we are very pleased to have chosen Roundhill Jewelers. Great experience.

I am a long time Lake Tahoe local and know of the excellent reputation of Roundhill Jewelers. Today I did business there and felt I could trust the advice I was given by the owner Tim.He taught me a great deal about gold and diamonds. I went in for some minor repairs and a custom design idea. Tim, the owner, was very helpful and was able to help design a fantastic ring for me, which was carved in wax and then cast in gold. I felt very comfortable in the store and will return!

Brought in a few diamonds and some gold my mom gave me to make an engagement ring for my fiancée.Tim was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The ring turned out stunning, my fiancée was absolutely blown away, and the price was more than reasonable. I've had them do custom pieces for me before and they've always turned out fantastic. I couldn't recommend this place more. Also, the store has a mascot, dog named Bear, and he's the friendliest goofball ever. Thanks Round Hill Jewelers!

Tim is awesome and knows his stuff. Had a ladies Omega watch resized same afternoon with no issues and was cost effective. Great place to shop for quality pieces.

Got engaged on Friday the 6th of August and my ring ended up being a bit on the bigger side. So, my fiancé and I wanted to find the nearest jewelry store in hopes of getting it sized. The sales associate was so kind and helpful, she kept complimenting my ring. She said it would be an easy fix to resize only thing was it wouldn't be done until Tuesday. We were leaving Monday. She offered us a rush service for a very reasonable price and of course we jumped on it. The ring was finished within a couple hours and fit perfectly. We appreciated how fast and helpful they were and how willing they were to accommodate us. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

Took Chrono Tissot watch in for cleaning an battery replacement. First time watch came back uncleaned. Second time watch came back broken, with Chrono not working or resetting properly, and second hand timer not keeping time properly. This jeweler does not have attention to detail, and returns jobs broken or incomplete.

I came in to get my engagement ring resized. First off, walking in, the environmental feel of this place was tranquil and beautiful with good music. Second, the staff and I completely forgot to get her name (beautifully dressed), super sweet, great smile, and very knowledgeable. Third and again, I forgot to get his name (the one who resized it) came out, which helped me find the perfect size, and was fast! I made sure to check out the ring before leaving, and I recommend this place.

Nice people, good service. But $96 for 4 watch batteries?? That's very expensive. And it took way longer than it should. Although that might be because of the Covid. Unfortunately will not come back since I've paid max $60 for the batteries before.
