New landlord is greedy and has no regards for her tenants, she's willing to throw entire families kids and all on the street in the middle of winter during a global pandemic a week or so after paying the rent. I wouldn't recommend living here if you can avoid it. The apartments are being renamed to the yerington village.

They're locally referred to as The Pinks due to the outer paint being Pink. If your looking for drugs or drug addicts, this should be the first place to look. Property manager couldn't care less! Sad place!
