My husband and I feel that the Wild West is very unprofessional. We saw a Toyota FJ Cruiser for sale on their website that we were interested in. So we called and negotiated a price. The price was set and we started our over 400 mile drive to the dealership under the belief that we were coming home with a new SUV. To our surprise and 15 minutes away from the dealership, we got a text that they sold it in the morning around 10:30 am. It was very poorly handled and the fact they sold it after making a deal with us. It was very unprofessional and I advise anyone not to purchase an automobile from someone who is willing to make a deal with you, let you drive over 400 miles to purchase it, and then find out, by text, they sold that morning knowing you were on the way.

We bought a vehicle in April 2022 for our family at Wild West. Sales team was incredible with us. We had issues with the truck right out of the gates, but had purchased warranty as advised by the Wild West team who assured us everything under the hood was covered. They had our new truck for a week to fix things that were wrong within a month of buying it, all covered under warranty so no worries just yet. We pick the truck up from them and they tell us they cleared the check engine light but it will pop back up soon & we can schedule a time to get it in to fix that issue (we were told they knew what it was & would fix it because it was covered under the warranty purchased.) Life changes & we end up moving to AZ, we take it to the dealership in AZ expecting them to tell us the same thing, AZ dealership explains the warranty they had us purchase doesn't cover the issue and we will have to pay $4000 in repairs for an issue the truck had when we bought it that we were told was covered and would be fixed. Not only is that a terrible thing to do to a family of 4 as this is our only reliable vehicle. When I tried to get this all resolved with Wild West, calling multiple times(since we now lived out of state), always getting a run around from someone different to call my warranty, etc., I was told because it isn't in writing it means nothing. And they also tried to say because I had taken so long (6months) to finally get a hold of somebody in the office about it that it's my problem for waiting so long. Even though I had actively been trying to get this resolved for MONTHS. 20/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Wild West Chevrolet.

I had a great experience buying a pre-owned car from Wild West. The sales team was friendly and helpful, and not pushy at all. The finance person was very nice, and so was the delivery driver. I even had a reason to work with the service department as they fixed something small on the car for me, and they were very helpful as well. Every single person I worked with here was very nice and easy to talk to. I'd shop here again!

I talked to someone on the phone at least 5 times and left a voicemail trying to get a quote for a new engine. I even provided gm part numbers. It does not seem like this service department is up for big jobs like engine replacement as they can't provide quote or even a response. After waiting two weeks I'll find another dealership.

Paid cash for a vehicle, They had well over a week to go through a checklist. Upon driving back to California, my main concern was steering vibration, that made the vehicle unenjoyable and unsafe to drive. The sound system did not work and the chipped windshield was not repaired. I was given a car fax report AFTER I had signed the the paperwork. The sales person did seem to be very knowledgeable about cars. A person working there named Tony was combative and blamed it on me. He kept asking the same questions over and over expecting a different response. I had to remove myself from the situation before I blew my top. Luckily I was able to cancel the transaction before I had to deal with people like Tony. I understand most people are satisfied with this establishment. I was not. Dr. Robert M

I bought a new battery for my truck, however due to where the computer system sits it was not easy to install. Wild West was recommended to me. I bought my truck from there so I figured that would be the best place to have it installed. They quoted me $130 which I felt was alot but they said it may be under warranty. Then I was told if it was under warranty they would need to keep it several hours. I had the brand new battery with me. I will never recommend Wild West to anyone. I went to a local guy who changed it for hall the cost in 20 minutes.

We went in to see a truck that they had advertised online for 14999. when they brought the truck around it had a 17999 price sticker on it and the sales guy went on and on about how it was totally worth that price and he couldn't possibly go any lower..

First of all I bought a truck from this dealer. The sells guy was great. Other personal didn't even acknowledge me until they knew I was buying. I went back to get my truck service. They also told me I needed new tires and they gave me a quote. A few days later after doing comparisons of tires shop I called them several times in 1week going to voicemail and leaving several messages. They never called back, I drove to the dealer to try making a appointment, they wasn't sure of what type I needed I didn't have the truck with me. I went home got the info off my tire as I was told to call them because they had to order them. Called back voicemails again. No call back. Drove the next day. The service person out for the day. She calls 2day later saying out of stock. Waste of time. 2week later still no tires. Lady in service department gave me the run around.R.M.

Jerry was great to work with. He helped me through the ordering process, ordering additional parts and ensuring everything was ready for when I came to pick it up. Highly recommend dealership and Jerry.

I purchased a vehicle in August 2020. Since then, I have discovered several issues with the vehicle. Broken tailgate, defective coolant sensor, my fluids were NOT topped off (DEF) as stated, my oil was not changed as stated, they even sold me a vehicle that had a recall and did not disclose this during purchase, and most recently discovered the hard way, that the defrost does not work (snow storm in the dark). This vehicle has also had red clay dust coming out of every crevice since I bought it. They graciously took care of all of the issues initially discovered (I believe because they knew it was their fault). However, these issues should have been taken care of before the vehicle was even sold. I am now stuck paying for my defrost to be fixed because, the ENTIRE HVAC system is caked with red clay dust. Jerry has also stated that they only perform a "safety inspection", not a general inspection. So if you're in the market for a used vehicle, make sure you do your own all point inspection! As they only say they do, but don't actually.

Just recently purchased a Chevy pick up from the Dealership. The entire experience from walking into the showroom through the final sales process was positive. Colleen Straub and sales manager Jeff Waldaias were attentive, efficient, and professional while making the buying experience pleasant and stress-free. Would highly recommend this dealership and listed staff.

The main customer service people are always nice and were as friendly as you can be during a pandemic but the service staff is not knowledgeable when it comes to their own cars. I took my 91 camaro in for a leaking heater core and they were able to refurbish it very quickly and get it back to me in a timely manner but when replacing the dash it is miss aligned it horrible to the point there are now gaps were there were none when i original brought the car in. I also spent way
