I called 4 times trying to get help for a yearington local to see a home down the street from them. Although I’m a happy they were one of the few brokerages to answer the phone, they refused to show the property. I’m not sure if it is because the home was listed by a Reno agent, or if they just don’t like helping the community, but my heart broke for buyer. Anyway everything is figure outable, so I was able to access the property eventually. I hope this review makes this agent consider a better business practice

I was there today on Jan 18, 2023 to ask about my properties. No one was there and the building was empty. My only complaint is Google Maps says the office is open when nobody is there. So, be prepared for unpredictable office hours.

Been a few years. We dealt with Michael. Although the deal did not go through with our attempted purchase as a result of the sellers unwillingness to negotiate down a substantial structural issue Miike was professional , and timely throughout the transaction. Will go back to him when needed.
