Country Sunflower is a must-try local spot in Yerington, known for its friendly, personable, and attentive service. The food is absolutely delicious, amazing, and hands down better than any other in town for a tasty country breakfast. Favorites include the Herman's Scramble, the Herman Special, Peggy Special, and their burgers, which are some of the best around. The chicken fried steak is delicious, and their in-house made ranch, butter syrup, desserts, salsa, and French toast are all wonderful. They offer a decent selection of reasonably priced liquor and have improved their menu with yummy additions. Recently, they began serving dinner on Thursday through Sunday until 8 pm, which is also impressive. The atmosphere is very friendly, welcoming, and nice. It's a little hole-in-the-wall place with guaranteed filling food that comes highly recommended.

We had not been out there for awhile. However the food and service was great. Definitely will be back. The menu has improved and the additions look yummy.

Food was absolutely delicious. My son even said " this isn't steak... this is heaven". Service was on point. Prices were awesome. Super happy with the experience as a whole. 10/10 recommend ? Also, they are open until 8 pm Thursday- Sunday now. Check them out!
