There was no bait and switch. Just friendly people helping me get what I want, that was amazing to me for real. No games like Lithia or Dolan garbage!! The only place that didn't try to force that added stuff, knowing I didn't want it, but politely offered but as an option if I wanted it, which made me consider it. Jerry Bryant was upfront and open about all the costs, absolutely professional, intelligent, and funny in a real way, not the smile because it's my job. He was able to get me a lower rate than any other dealer. The important thing right ? Thank you for that! Dayanne got and saved the vehicle I wanted, so I didn't waste a trip. On top of that, it was parked up on the showroom entrance each time I came by like I was getting special treatment and getting the premier vehicle on the lot.
