Extremely disorganized and very rude employees. None of the rings are organized by size so be prepared to not find anything. I was asked to leave because I was looking at them for “more than 10 minutes”. Asked to leave by the employee as he was making comments under his breath.

After visiting the shop which is nice an set up and with a selection of nice Jewelry, the attendant or owner I am not sure which thought it was appropriate to state that technical work was not valuable in society and that her training as a seamstress from high-school was more valuable.Now I work in Information Technology, and that put me off from buying anything from the store in the future. I take pride in my work and don't think it is good customer service to say the people potentially buying your products have a pointless vocation.I hope their Point of Sales System that runs credit cards never goes down for them or else they might need to sew the money into the register.Watch what you complain about in front of and to customers. I will be telling everyone I know in the VC, and Reno area especially in the tech field and all other non sewing and woodworking vocations to avoid the establishment. Since apparently we are not skilled for the modern age.I am curious however how a jeweler utilizes Sewing in their business plan over the systems that allow them to make sales in a nearly cashless society.No need to Reply Turquoise Kiva. For that you have to be skilled in the use of technology and as that is not valued at your establishment I fear that any response would be like trying to patch a cut in a pair of circutboards.

I was wanting a turquiose ring and I tried 2 on and bought one right away, then went back for another one a few minutes later. My husband saw a man's ring but didn't say anything because I'd have bought it for him then. This was 11/23/2022. Great customer service! I need to call to get a pic of the men's rings. I still have my receipt from one of the rings I bought to help me remember the name of the store. I live in Dallas Texas so it'll be a while before I get back over there! But I will be back!

We have been coming to Virginia City for many years and always make a stop at Turquoise Kiva. I love seeing all the different variety of turquoise they sell from different quarries - white, brown, bright blue, white buffalo. We have purchased several pendants and rings here over the years and the pieces are quality items that are unique and stunning. The owner Solomon and his son Nick are always fair and a pleasure to deal with. I just left there today and want to go back already!

Honeymoon began in Virginia City with bracelet at Kiva Turquoise . 1st anniversary, beautiful necklace and earrings from the #8 mine in Nevada . Holiday to see parents in March ended up buying the most beautiful denim colored turquoise from Afghanistan and set in a beautiful Silver squash blossom necklace and matching earrings?!!

This is a really cute store filled with a mix of American Indian goods, good old fashion American items, Christmas ornaments, beautiful jewelry and even Disney Thomas Kincade art. Totally worth checking out if you're in the area!!!
