We absolutely love coming into this store. They have so many different stones and gems! When you walk in there is so much to look at from pendants, earring, wind chimes, book holders, necklaces, and stuff to put on your shelves or walls! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They can tell you all about the Stones and what energies they give off. It's a little pricey but well worth it! We come here evey time were in Virginia City and there is always something new.

Great selection and prices. I found so many gifts for the holidays here. The woman who opened up saw us admiring the window display and opened up early for us. She was such a delight to chat with as well! Can't wait to return!

Great prices and a really really good selection. Had a very good experience here and will return again and again when we are in town.... If you love rocks, gemstones and fossils it's definitely worth your time and money to come in and check it out!!!!!

A favorite store for sure. So many childhood memories made here over a decade and a half ago. Always love returning. Anything I end up taking a photo of "for later" I just seem to end up buying before I leave. Awesome staff who are friendly and caring. Love Stone Age!

This is a really cool shop to check out. There displays of stones, crystals, and gems are beautiful. It is ok just to walk around and look. The name of their shop can be taken a couple of ways: they have fossils that are really old, and stones of all ages.Their prices are reasonable. We got a small double terminated herkimer diamond for a gift—these are hard to find, and a fossilized piece of amber with an insect in it.If you go there, and you don't see what you want, ask and they may have it. We didn't see the amber or herkimer diamonds, and asked—and they had them!

I came and visit and bought a bunch of rocks and crystals here and it's so affordable compared to other places. Their items are authentic and legit! The staff is friendly also. I would definitely come here!

The owner is very friendly and has a lot of knowledge about crystals. The prices are spectacular here not expensive at all! I am so happy I decided to go there. Will also be visiting his store in Reno too!! I would highly recommend going here!!

This is one of the best rock shops I've ever been to! They have a lot of inventory and everything is clearly labeled including prices. The customer service went above and beyond my expectations. (And I work in the service industry so my expectations are high) They include a description with each stone, which is so awesome. Sometimes you buy something and forget what it was then have to scour the internet to figure it out. The prices were also really good to me. Since things shut down I've had to buy things online and that is such a gamble. So this was a nice treat! I wish we had one in Gresham Oregon!

Pretty rocks!Very friendly staff. Cool stones. Easily our favorite souvenir shop we visited on our trip. We'll definely come back next time we visit :).I really appreciated how much care the cashier took in bundling up our stones and things to protect them. Thank you!
