“We recently moved, and the movers took apart our Ethan Allen bed and lost all the hardware! Even though Ethan Allen does not manufacture this model any more, a representative took the time to find the needed parts for us and ship them to us. She went above and beyond her responsibilities and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome.”

My only complaint and it is definitely understandable however still an issue, things are a bit high in price, however I think that about most places now as inflation has literally gotten out of control! There is a huge selection of everything cute, and the holiday time the decor is absolutely amazing.”
