“My experiences at Caughlin Pack-n-Ship have always been consistently great! The newest owner, Mike, is always willing to help and/or offer solutions to anything I need to mail. And, Anna is amazing! She is patient will all requests and knows what you can and can't do as far as anything you need to mail, pack, or ship. With limited help these days it is so nice to go here and see consistent familiar employees who are always welcoming. I feel their prices are very fair and worth it considering it's very conveniently located so close to my home. Kudos to Mike and his staff for running a very honest and good small business!”

“The employees at the store I went to were not only quick, but well organized, perfectly knowledgeable about the systems they used, and completely on top of the customers in the store. The staff member who helped me specifically handled 2 customers at once because I had to step away to find some necessary information on my phone, and I instructed him to help the next customer. When I returned he handled the 2 of us perfectly and simultaneously. All the whole he maintained a professional and yet personable and friendly manner.”

216 Lemmon Dr, Reno“We had a paid mailbox at this location for many years and have watched this specific UPS store go from awful to amazing once the new ownership came in. In the beginning, our packages were often lost and the customer service was rude. Back then, the negative reviews were warranted.
But in the last 2.5 years, things dramatically improved with the new management and the customer service was consistently polite and organized. People come on here wanting to blame this location for bigger issues with the UPS company itself, not realizing how limited each franchise is in fixing those bigger issues (like packages getting lost & not getting refunded, or issues with the website).
I have witnessed ridiculous customers yelling at the staff here, and can only imagine the amount of rudeness the staff has to endure on a regular basis. So keep that in mind as you read these reviews— we reap what we sow.
