I walked l, wirhin 5 minutes had a new flavor within the wheelhouse of what I was looking for, nicely priced! And it it took 5 minutes!! “So I was in Reno for a 3 day convention and had left the house without my tabacco. Not so much that I left without it but my local shops were both out of stock. I hand roll and a Bali S*** is my brand. Was so very happy that 1, an actual person answered the phone. 2, they carry my brand. I was told the price, how many units they had on hand and the shop hours without having to ask. I drive a big rig so can't just pull up to any spot and park. Thankfully I was able to park, was greeted with a smile and brought directly to what I was after. The price was 1/3 less than what I typically pay and they had plenty of stock on hand. The staff were warm and inviting and willing to help it's a nice change from the typical retail shop these days. I will definitely put Reno-Sparks Indian colony smoke shop at the top of my list for a stop if I'm in the area in the future. Thank you guys for such a great experience.”

The brand Signal are just as good as American Spirits. They are I believe them. No chemicals also and the price they said is less than 2/3 the price. “I called first on thanksgiving to see if they had vape batteries since they were open.He said they did. When I got thereJust the owner was there. I told him I called about vape batterie, and he showed me the section and quoted a typical reasonable price for vape batteries for the kind I wanted.It was the first time I’d been there. It’s a shop with a variety of well stocked smoke n vape accessories, including, torches, incense, knives , taxers, and a good selection of water pipes both large and small, glass too.I went back a week later for the same vape batteries and the employee that was there just making up prices. The vape batteries he quoted $5 more. Even the cheap one wasn’t cheap this time. He said the owner was hit by a truck, hit and run and he’s recovering at home for a month before he comes back.”
“I came to the store to buy a dab set and bong. I don’t know anything about using a dab thing and Joey helped explain how to use it properly. I was very comfortable asking questions and he didn’t make me feel stupid as I have felt at other stores when I ask questions. “I was in Reno on a trip recently, and I completely forgot my travel humidor with all of my supplies. Did a quick search and found this gem of a lounge! The lounge had a very relaxed feel walking in, and had that nostalgic smell of cigars without smelling like an old ashtray. I was also greeted with a smile from the lovely lady at the counter. They have a nice selection of sticks and the humidor seemed to be kept a a good humidity. But I didn't come for cigars, just took a little stroll through the selection. What I can for was an inexpensive pipe, some English tobacco, and a pipe tool. I was helped by a gentleman that I believe owns the joint -- did not get his name -- and was walked through some options for a few tobacco flavors they carry, and settled on the only English they had on hand, which was a Balkan Supreme, which I remember my brother-in-law telling me about, and the gentleman also offered a history of this award winning tobacco. I was also set up with a corn cob pipe at a great price, a simple pipe nail, and some matches -- I was all set! Meant to go back after my training and hang out but my training went late, so I enjoyed a bowl outside of my hotel, and I could not have been happier, thanks to Ruiz Cigars.”
