this is a convenience store that happens to carry a couple smoke things. Vape I did buy burned up in less than a week when that brand from other stores lasts a month. Poor quality items and smoke shop is a real stretch for a glorified 7/11

Shop deserves 0 stars. Been shopping there for about 4 years now and always every week it seems there are new employees. Every time. Not a single one has been there 6 months or a year. And today I found out WHY. The owner (I guess he is) treats his employees BAD. First off there were 4 people ahead of me and he couldn't even help the first customer at all. 15 minutes later 2 customers walked out of the store and then a female employee came in crying, walks to the back. 5 more minutes later the owner stops helping with the same customer to go to the back and scream and yell at the employee. 5 more minutes later she comes out, gets on the other register and helps the one that the owner couldn't do and then helped us. In tears the entire time. DO NOT APPLY FOR A JOB HERE. YOU WILL BE MISTREATED.

Huge variety of whatever you are looking for! Service is hit & miss. Some people are not interested in helping out at all but some a great at offering suggestions and information! Not many choices in Stead but they have great prices!

NEVER GOING BACK HERE! The people are nice there BUT they price gouge! Bought a bong from here and it was marked $80, well got to my vehicle and started peeling off the price tag and low and behold lol the price tag underneath was marked $65! Was told they change prices all the time to see what sells more lol not here let’s make things right! I loved the smoke shop till now after charging me $25 more than the actually price!!!

This place is unorganized, dirty, unprofessional, and flat out disrespectful. Came in for a simple purchase, without employee help I myself can't obtain the item. So I request help from the 3 employees who aren't doing anything but talking amongst themselves. After waiting a while and trying to get some attention I was ignored and disregarded. It was early in the day so to make matters worse I was one of two customers in the business, if you can even consider it a business. Go just about anywhere else.

Because there is an abusive employee that shows her breast nipples to customer's so if you are in a relationship don't go and let you husbands and boyfriends go in this store it breaks up family and I went in the store and was thrown out saying your 86th and took the back of my coat and threw me out! I have e en seen this employee take small liquor bottles in the back room and drinks them! need to get rid of this employee before you lose you liquor license!

This place is hella dope! Huge selection of glass pipes, bongs and rigs! There is also a decent selection of vape mods and a wide variety of e-juice from many different top selling brands. This smoke shack is definitely a surprise diamond in the rough type shop. Totally didn't expect them to have such a diverse amount of merchandise. Their beer selection isn't amazing but they definitely cover the basics with budweiser, coors, modelo, Tecate, etc... The guy who is always at the register (I have brain damage and forgot his name, sorry ) is hella nice and a funny dude. Always wearing his mask and is friendly about reminding his customers when they walk in without one that it's mandated by the governor. I go in fairly often now that I love right down the street but about a month ago I went in to purchase a cart mod and learned that making a more expensive sale isn't as important to the clerk as having happy customers. I was going to purchase a more expensive cart mod but after talking with the clerk for a while he convinced me that a less expensive mod would cover my needs and save me some money. I always appreciate it when a shopkeeper is honest about his products and doesn't try to upsale/force an expensive item on a customer when a cheaper one will suffice. I have a lot of friends in town & will most definitely 10/10 recommend this smoke shack to any and all ppl I meet as well as informing my friends and family about this dope lil head shop.
