“This Downtown USPS branch office is most often not very busy for its counter services and there is usually only a short line to wait in to mail packages, etc. I use it mostly for its PO Box rental service so I don't need to change my mailing address each time I move.”

“I'm at this branch at least once a week to mail a lot of packages for work. The people that work here are so lovely! I really appreciate them and look forward to seeing them every week. I do wish they had a few more people working up front because I tend to bring in a lot of things to mail, and I feel guilty for holding up the line.”

“I sell on ebay, and have been there many times dropping off my packages. First of all, my packages that are pre-labeled are always scanned before midnight when I put them in the drop box. Yes, I have to wait in line sometimes if I have to go to the counter, but the Postal Workers are always helpful and courteous. It is unfortunate that they need more help, but like every place else it is hard to get people to apply for work there. All of the packages I mail from this location get to their destination. I am happy with USPS delivering my many packages.”

“It was my first time mailing a package out and I had anxiety but the line went very quick, not even a 5 minute wait and the lady was very nice and got to the point quickly! It was also clean and the other workers were friendly as well.”

“I appreciate having this post office so close and can usually get in and out quickly for stamps, money orders, packages, etc. There may be a few people in line, if any, so it's better than going somewhere else to take care of these transactions, plus it's maybe 50 feet from parking spot to the counter! Saves time and gas!”
