“I've used Valley Pawn for so long I couldn't even tell you exactly. 15 years wouldn't be exaggerating if not more. Always had great service and never any issues. Here is my latest experience. Had a pawn ticket I needed to renew. A couple days ago I Called them and was able to pay over the phone with a credit card. I was concerned regarding a receipt and they were unable to email it but they said they would snail mail it. Today I see a guy putting something on my front door. I went out and there was an envelope on my door. It was my pawn ticket. They hand delivered it!!! I just missed the guy and they are closed today, but I will be calling them to let them know how appreciative I was. Great customer service!!!”
