Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable bike service...
Had a broken spoke on my Rolf wheels and Ken was able to get us back on the road a lot faster than I imagined it would take... even during a power outage, he still got things done!! Portland is considered a bike town but I wish we had service like that. Saved our vacation and we were enjoying the East Shore Trail later that day.
The shop is in a great location with lots of parking and close proximity to South Lake Tahoe. If you want to avoid the parking fiasco and fees, you might consider hitting the beaches by bike. They have rentals and are super close to Nevada Beach.
Highly recommend Shoreline--they truly deserve your business!

Great service and price. Ryan was very helpful in getting us set up on a bike. Along with back pac, helmets and bike lock. Easy trail map to the beach. Highly recommended.

Ken and his team are the best bike shop I have ever worked with! They helped with bike assembly/rentals/shuttling/etc for biking around lake Tahoe and made everything perfect. Can't wait to be back next year!

If you’re a boarder skip the town stores and come here for whatever you need. The original board shop of Tahoe. Great selection. Demo try before you buy options. And Zak and the crew know their stuff.

I am a new snowboarder and wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy new pairs of all the gear. After renting for 2 days, I asked if I could purchase the rented equipment. They actually gave me the pretty new boots, another board, and new bindings for 450 in total. Amazing people too ??

Got a full tune on my skis ($70). They were overdue- the edges were dull, there were various deep scratches in the base, some from rocks that gouged the edges too. No core strikes but they needed some love pretty bad.I had fairly high expectations because I’ve been here numerous times for a variety of things and they’ve always done a good job, but was pretty blown away by the work they did! The bottoms looked brand new when I picked them up, so I was happy already but man when I rode them they rode like brand new skis too!!! I was carving away like a pro and riding like I was on rails, where before I was just sliding around like a goober with dull skis ?And they didn’t grind off a ton of the base either to do it, honestly the edges look just as thick as new. Not like some places that don’t care about your skis and just grind a bunch off cause it’s easy. I’m so stoked right now, you guys are amazing!Also surprised I didn’t already have a review here. I’ve bought snowboard stuff here and always had great help and advice. My gf has bought backcountry stuff and had great help and advice then too. We’ve brought friends from out of town to rent snowboards. Other stuff I can’t remember. Never left here feeling like they didn’t care, weren’t friendly, weren’t knowledgeable- they’re all those things and somehow manage to do it consistently year after year.

We first visited for advice on a snowboard for our giant son (6'8", size 15 shoe). The salesperson was awesome and really felt he needed a board they didn't have in our son's size (warpig) so he got it elsewhere and loves it. Because of the excellent service, we returned where he helped our twins select boards. The selection was perfect, our kid says he is the Harry Potter sorting hat of snowboards. He wasn't there when we returned for the purchase of the two boards the next day but we were helped by the owner and another salesperson and they were top notch. My husband is now going in tomorrow for a new board and I know it will be great. Thanks!!
