Great experience renting a de-thatcher from the store who is partnered with Rent Tools. Got to the store and worked with Cliff who finalized the deal. I was done in under 10 minutes. It is really nice to have a place to rent tools from again in Tahoe. Will definitely do more rentals through the store. Thank you, Cliff!

They are very attentive like many small neighborhood stores. No online service. I wasn't able to find the mixer handle.
