“Pretty lengthy review if you just want to cut to the chase pun intended great experience with this branch on my last visit. Here is the review Long hand.
Saw all these bad reviews on this particular Chase branch. First time I've ever put a review on Google mostly just Amazon but had to tell my experience which was nothing but positive from my drop-in visit and Danielle saw me right away to the teller who after an initial hiccup made everything perfect on my account. Then a follow-up call from the branch manager to make sure everything was perfect with my account which it was. I am not discounting the bad reviews for I feel people normally will put what their personal experience was, but my experience was excellent for the 20 minutes I was in this particular branch. This has not been my experience with a lot of the Chase branches where I felt I was just the small fish that didn't need catering to while their big whales get all the concierge perks and value. I was actually transferred to chase with my account years ago when Washington Mutual had their huge Fallout back in the Auts. Washington Mutual always treated me as a valued customer even with the small amount in my checking and savings didn't matter if I was in Washington Oregon or California every Branch treated me excellent. Just like this Chase branch did this week. So hopefully this will balance the scales a little bit with all the bad reviews that was not my personal experience on this particular visit.”
“Most people focus on the banking aspects of Wells Fargo which can range from good to bad but there are other services offered which can make the difference. Not from the area but we needed notary services to sign critical documents. We had contacted this location prior to make sure that documents could be signed as it involved 5 separate parties. Throughout this process the banker was able to help us make sure that the signing went through without a hitch. This included a delay in us arriving 30 minutes late at the end of the day. Despite this the bankers involved were able to help us get the documents completed. Even with the covid restrictions in place we were able to get all the difficulties resolved an our documents notarized. It's not something you think of when banking but it's nice that it's a service offered to customers and something that they do not have an issue completing. Definitely a thumbs up to the staff at this location!”
“Again I don’t think they should have a low rating. They provide the best in Tahoe. No matter who helps me they are all great staff and ready to help. Jessica is who I have worked with more than the others. Very professional, ready to help and down to earth. They have helped me enormously with financing my new business. A loan and credit card with 0% interest for a year. Wow! You guys have helped with my being successful. I have asked about future loans and Jessica is ready to help when I am. Nice work US Bank Team! too bad others have had not so favorable experiences. I don't think I'll ever have one of those.”
“Karyn was very kind to assist me at my appointment and answer all my questions! The ATMs work perfectly, I had forgotten my card and the sensor to use it with the cell phone worked very well (it does not work in all ATMs). I was finally able to get everything I needed done! Thank you”
