One more thought: American Express was the first financial institution willing to issue usable credit terms to my young business. I assumed US Bank wouldn't give me the time of day due to my business structure and infancy; therefore, I never took time to understand whether my assumptions were true or false. Tammy politely encouraged me numerous times to apply for business credit which I resisted. Eventually, I agreed to see where I stood and US Bank stunned me completely.

“I am a visitor to Lake Tahoe, and I stopped by this bank in order to buy 11 cashiers checks. The line was very short, while all personal bankers were completely open, the teller who processed my checks was very competent and very fast, it's actually taken me much longer in other branches to buy cashiers checks than here. These folks really seem to have their act together and are very efficient.”

“Most people focus on the banking aspects of Wells Fargo which can range from good to bad but there are other services offered which can make the difference. Not from the area but we needed notary services to sign critical documents. We had contacted this location prior to make sure that documents could be signed as it involved 5 separate parties. Throughout this process the banker was able to help us make sure that the signing went through without a hitch. This included a delay in us arriving 30 minutes late at the end of the day. Despite this the bankers involved were able to help us get the documents completed. Even with the covid restrictions in place we were able to get all the difficulties resolved an our documents notarized. It's not something you think of when banking but it's nice that it's a service offered to customers and something that they do not have an issue completing. Definitely a thumbs up to the staff at this location!”
