Mail is routinely lost. We frequently get our neighbors Mail in our mailbox. The hours of operation are terrible for a community that in general works rotating shifts. Now they have switched out mailboxes with ZERO communication and no way to check our mail without going to the Post Office. It's no wonder the Postal Service is constantly bankrupt. They have one employee named Char that works her behind off and is always friendly and efficient, maybe she should run the place.

Rating is based on lack of management, lack of adequate counter staff and limited hours of full service. Staffing is definitely a serious problem here. Only one clerk to provide service (Char) who deserves 5 Stars, as she is always friendly, positive, knowledgeable and professional. The manager is always on extended vacations and never available to support the counter team during busy times. The daily line before 4pm is always long and wrapped around the lobby. This process and USPS Spring Creek, Nevada could definitely be better!

I think they have adapted well to the debacle of Amazon cutting ties with UPS however they cannot seem to find my house. I had multiple lost packages this winter. Thankfully we have awesome neighbors and we have been able to track packages down - however we shouldn't have to go on a lengthy search, contacting everyone on my street and neighborhood group. After talking with someone at this location - they could not explain why my house wasn't being found. They kept saying to clearly mark our address however we have two white posts with our address in reflective numbers all over the posts. I don't know how much more clearly I need to mark it other than put lights on it. The workers inside the post office are great, no problems with any of them. I think there is some issue in the system and the fact they just are not used to delivering packages to people's homes. I wish the cluster boxes were not rusted out and falling down. Thieves regularly break into them and it can be near impossible to open a package locker. These cluster box areas need to be expanded and redone. Maybe USPS wouldn't have to find our homes if there was a better mail center we could grab our packages and mail from.

Saying they deliver packages and they actually don’t. But 100 plus people standing in line at the post office to pick up packages is a much better system. On Saturday. The next thing will be bread lines.

I feel so bad for the workers here . The change in shipping from Amazon , the postal office was not prepared . Everyday there has been an hour wait of hundreds of people to pick up packages for the holidays. It is just going to get worse with December coming . Please get these people some help .

Won’t let me pick up my packages when they’re sitting right in front of me. Simply because the status says arrived instead some other bull. If my name and address is on the package I should be able to pick it up with my ID. Absolutely pathetic. Worst post office I’ve ever been to.

Surprised by bad reviews bc the workers are fast and friendly. I appreciate the boxes set up for package delivery as I don't have to wait in line for pickup. Also, I appreciate the early open time!

They are horrible, they are lazy and don't even check to see if they have the mail in the right boxes, they don't notify you if for some reason the package can't be delivered before they send it back to sender. They also are insanely rude when trying to resolve an issue entirely caused and created by them. They need new workers or even adjustments.
