I love CrossFit reincarnation. After 4 year of not doing CrossFit due to a work injury. I found myself unmotivated in my personal life due to the loss of a loved one. And I heard people my age were doing CrossFit at the golden hour. At I was inspired to contact the owner. Scared, I bravely walked in and was greeted by amazing coaches and positive vibes. I feel on top of the world back at CrossFit again thanks to welcoming team. Who truly care about your form and getting the moves right. Other people truly inspire others. Good job CrossFit Reincarnation!

I don’t know where to begin, this gym is amazing !!! The ladies are so welcoming, kind, supportive and overall CARE about your success. This gym and the people are your biggest cheerleaders. I was so nervous and a little intimidated but they made sure I was surrounded by people who only want to see me just be there and they would help with the rest. I have only been with them a month and it’s the best decision I have ever made for myself HANDS DOWN !!! Between having a good giggle during warm ups, and EVERY SINGLE person cheering you on when you are having a tough day. If you are contemplating gyms THIS GYM IS #1 !!!!

It has been 7 weeks and 22 classes since I started CFR. WOW! What a journey so far! During that time, I've done things I never thought possible at 57 or any age for me!1) I participate in high-impact activities, like jump rope and jogging/running, that I hadn't done for 30 plus years due to my knees!2) I've done push ups...yesterday was 50! Doing one would have been a big deal before.3) I'm lifting more than PVC pipe! Those first two weeks were a little sketchy due to a tear in my shoulder. Now my shoulder barely gives me any trouble and I don't need PT.4) I've learned yoga poses! :-)5) I can get on and off the ground for the first time after my knee replacements 3 yrs ago without worrying about having something to hold onto to get back up!6) I've been upside down against a wall... still working on that one.7) I can hold onto a bar, actually hold my weight, and did knee ups yesterday! 8) I can do more kinds of squats than I ever realized existed!And, what do I get out of it besides great exercise and great people?1) I've stopped all blood pressure meds because they're no longer necessary.2) I stopped a medical weight loss program, because I just don't need it. 3) I sleep much better.4) My confidence has improved.5) Because I commit myself to going to the 4:30 class I no longer work 10-12 hr days.I am hooked and healthier then I have been for a long time and I have all of you to thank for it.

At 57, 3 years after 2 knee replacements and not motivated, I knew I wanted to be healthier. I wanted my motivation to move back! A traditional gym wasn't my thing, so I started exploring other fitness options.I'm hooked, not only on Crossfit, but on the people at CFR. I'm encouraged by the coaches and others in class. We're in this together and encourage each other, no matter what fitness level we're at.I had heard of Crossfit, but didn't think I was up for it. Knowing I needed to do something, I met with Cori at Crossfit Reincarnation anyway. Cori was amazing! I was a little hesitant, but she assured me that my workouts would be scaled to my ability and I could work up from there.3 weeks, 4 intro sessions (where very patient and encouraging coaches evaluated my fitness level) and 6 classes later; I am so glad I went for it!I've done workouts I never thought possible with the support of great coaches! I've stood in class not knowing what to do, and was quickly doing the movements like everyone else. I'm already stronger!I greatly recommend CFR to anyone at any age or fitness level. They are trained professionals who meet you where you are and encourage you to levels you never felt possible. Thank you CFR team!

Highly recommend this gym! I have only been going for a short time and they truly care about helping you and your success! I was very intimidated at first with joining a CrossFit gym, but they are so welcoming and accommodating to your fitness level. They are encouraging and it’s a fun environment, I finally found a gym I feel comfortable in and enjoy everyone’s encouragement and positive attitude! ?

I would highly recommend CrossFit Reincarnation if you have been considering joining a gym. The coaches and staff are knowledgeable and encouraging. The athletes and members are friendly giving this gym a positive vibe all around. No matter your fitness level or goals there is a place for you here.

Beat decision I have ever made on going back to this gym after trying a few other options!! Love the family atmosphere and that my girls can workout with me!! One on one coaching with EVERY class is stellar!! Would recommend for anyone needing a safe and upbeat environment to workout!!

I started coming to CrossFit a little over a year ago. I was previously going to empower but I wasn’t pushing myself like I wanted. The coaches are absolutely amazing and willing to help you no matter what your fitness level is. If you want an amazing atmosphere where everyone helps encourage each other this is the gym for you!

Only 3 weeks into it, but I'm loving it! Don't let your preconceived notions about CrossFit keep you from checking this out - I'm 61, overweight and out of shape, but all workouts are adaptable to individual needs. The coaching is wonderful, the support and encouragement from the other members is motivating and seeing how strong these women are is inspiring and helps to remind you that anyone can do it, if you have the desire. Do yourself a favor and call today!
