We've been waiting 5 days on our delivery. Everyday being told that they'd be here by end of the business day.*edit* Was told to reach out to them. We tried that on numerous occasions and still nothing. They did show up when we weren't home without informing us they were on their way as requested so we could make sure someone was here. We waited all day and assumed they weren't coming. Because of that, I haven't been able to leave my house in a week because apparently my time is less valuable than yours.

Hard as heck to talk to a live agent. Try’s to charge you fixed rates contract at an extra 99.00 with out your knowledge. So then they charge you late fees for not paying it. But in reality we only buy propane twice a year, so we didn’t the charge. If you like us and only get propane twice a year it doesn’t make sense to do because it and extra .5 a gallon when you add it up on top of make paying 3.14/ gallon.Also when you order propane it take them for ever to deliver it. This last time I order propane it too a month and a half to get it. Ridiculous!!!I had to can every one even left the message for the CEO which in return he did have some reach out to me but still didn’t change the fact that the service what just horrible ever sense they removed the local office and went to a call in services. Highly use if a different propane company specially if you have elderly or small children in the house. They are not a reliable propane service at lest not for Nevada!!!!!

Poor service. Can't keep schedule fills up to date. Charge you for more propane than your tank can hold. Can never talk to someone on the phone. Driver argues with you saying he's been out then, says oh I delivered to the wrong address when caught in a lie. Not happy at all

We have been without propane heat and warm water for several days now when temperatures are reaching -13° we keep being told we are getting delivery that same day and no one shows up.

Talk about a crap company! This is the second time I’ve had this same issue. I have three kids in my house one of which is 6months old. Our tank reads 0 for propane and we have been calling them since Monday to get it taken care of and to see if there is a leak or issue with our tank.(mind you it’s Saturday Christmas Eve now) I can’t heat my house we are cold because we only have a few electric heaters. We cannot bathe and we cannot cook. Everytime we call it’s the same response “oh we put you on the emergency status someone will be there in 24hrs” and no one comes. We had to tell all our Christmas guests that we can no longer host due to no heat and not being able to cook. My children are now coming down with a cold and I’m sorry but we cannot continue to afford staying at a hotel and eating out every day. It’s sad this company has no care in the world for their customers in the dead of winter with freezing temps. Shame on you amerigas! Where’s my propane that was promised to be here today Christmas Eve by 5:30??? It’s now 5:20 I highly doubt you’ll be here in 10mins!

Communication is out sourced and difficult to get answers. Been on the phone mutiple times with many representatives. None of which seem to understand the issue at hand. We've been without propane for days now in freezing weather. Even after being put in for an "emergency delivery" the charge is $200. Told they would deliver Sunday. Waited around all day and they never came. Waiting for our pipes to freeze now. Thanks for your customer service. We will be canceling and changing companies immediately

My mom whom now is a senior citizen and has been doing business with them for over 30 years and can't even get a call back when she requests one. They are charging her way over $5.00 / gal which is completely out of line. They definitely do not seem to care about their customers. In my opinion, they don't deserve to stay in business treating people this way. There are several people that are very unhappy with this company and have switched over because of similar issues they were having.

I prepaid 150gal...2weeks later and I still have no propane. I have got the run around multiple times. Zero communication. This should inform you as to what you can expect from this company.?

We have been rescheduled and put off for months now. Not only that they broke our valve to our tank. After waiting for over a month we decided to get a refund and go with someone else more competent. I’m pissed I will have to replace valve this is something they should have fixed. They broke it by using a wrench to open an already open line said when we get down to 0 they would fix it. Didn’t do it the first time and now not this time because we can’t wait anymore with kids. This company is horrible.

They take forever to deliver propane, they have an estimated delivery date of a week after submitting a request. Also when its past that date they do not update their estimated date. Do not even try using the customer chat they are useless when it comes getting their help.
