Carrie the manager , is the reason I would come back to this store! Her customer service was superb and left me with a good impression of this company.

I went into Zales to get my jewelry inspected and cleaned. The young lady who helped me was rather rude and disparaging of those who buy natural diamonds. I didn't appreciate her attitude. All in all, I rate the store 31/2 stars. I would definitely shop there ; I was a Zales manager in Michigan.

I love this store. I shop at least once a year, and sometimes more save a ton of money quality unsurpassed, and service is number one they know be by my first and always make me and my feel welcome keep up the great work Bill and Venus Romaniw
