Ive ALWAYS have loved this place My family and I have taken our cars there for smog,oil,transmission and wash tons of times . We are dedicated. Only downfall is sometimes the guyz working there are rude or abrupt, but that is their prob.Today went to have oil change, done great as normal, guy that helped me noticed at another store I had bought an engine and air filter and offered at no charge to put them in for me! Loved itA little pricey but serious what isnt now adays. Some bad reviews but Im still a loyal customer until they fail me.Quick and Easy

Don't ever take your car here...they over tightened my oil plug WHICH CRACKED IT and forgot to put the o ring on....which cause extreme leaking on my oil pan and drive way...EXTREMELY WRECKLESS MECHANICS

And the 2023 beat goes on. I was at 7/11 buying a drink and this place was empty, so I thought I would save myself some time. First, they make you get out of you car. Hate that. I don't want a bunch of dirty auto workers in my car. Sigh, but I went ahead. I decided to go to Carl's to kill a minute, but I told the kid that I needed an air filter change. Just do it. Now here is the crux of the biscuit, if this young man would have told me, "We can't do that on a Passat because the owner won't let us do the dis-assembly. Then I would have passed on the work and went to my usual place up on Los Altos. But he did not. So after I get back from eating, I asked him to show me the old filter, and it was then, after they changed my oil, that they informed me they could not perform that task. Ala the owners instructions. So I said, "If you guys know you can't service Volkswagen's, then it is incumbent on you to let me, the consumer, know that so I can make a choice of what I want to do. Now I have to go to another shop to get this done. His reply, "Not all Volkswagens, just the Passat. Perry Mason moment. AH HA, so you knew that you couldn't replace the filter when I said to just do it. TOTAL DISHONEST BULLSHIT. AND---Spanish speakers out there, beware, some gringos married into Spanish families and understand things being said, like the Hispanic man who got there WAY AFTER ME, car was done same as mine, and when it came time to pay, the customer said I was first, and the worker said, "el puede esperar." Translated, "he can wait." OOPS. So not only will this be a one and done, I will be calling the owner tomorrow to have a chat with him because I could feel the disrespect throughout his staff. Racial disrespect is a two way street, and I was definitely disrespected in numerous ways at this place. Not one person there greeted me, was decent to me, instead, they pretended I did not exist or worse, a leper. They did have time to vape in front of me and luck would have it, the wind was not favorable. Someone needs to remind these young men that CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR CHECKS YOU IDIOTS. Let's just hope they didn't screw up my car, because if the owner doesn't trust them to change a filter, then my confidence is lost. WISH I HAD A TIME CAPSIL. NO WAY THEY GET A DIME FROM ME. NO WONDER IT IS EMPTY---NO REPEAT CUSTOMERS.

Man where do I start! I got a service @58k miles. The one with transmission flush, rear diff ect! I have a good Machanic and he check my rear diff and noticed the rear diff probably hasn't been serviced since the car was made. (Picture below) so I look back in my receipts from Xpress lube and notice they "checked my rear diff" and didn't drain and refill like i paid for!(fraud) all my other things are marked as flush but the rear diff is "checked" so I asked them if they can do the service I paid for because it wasn't done. A guy said he would have it done in 45 mins and he was sorry for the inconvenience. When everything was done I asked him if he refilled it and he says yes it's filled but there is a leak and I should look into getting it fixed. But I will say I was skeptical about them doing it and sure enough it wasn't done! So the next day I went to a well rated place and they showed me the oil in there and both bolts! It clearly wasn't done when I paid for it at 58k miles nor did they do it at 72k miles when they acknowledged the mistake. So I went back and talked to them about it and a person name "Nick" assured me it was done at 58k and they just added more oil to it when I came and asked for to actually be done I then went to ask the Machanic that did my oil and "rear diff" that day and he said they told him to not service the rear diff because I was gunna get it fixed. For 1 i was one not notified about that decision! 2 i was lied to by the worker who said he'd have it done in 45 mins and 3 I was lied to by "Nick" the owner who said they added more oil because I was low and that's a lie bc the Machanic said he didn't do anything bc he was told not to! So if I were u I would recommend going somewhere else. They probably didn't even flush my transmission. So I will be contacting the bbb as well as going to small claims court!

Have been coming here religiously for years.the new guy that took over(short sight my chubby black hair) is a rude a hole.for no apparent reason. Lost my business . It's crazy I was looking at these reviews before I came today,mainly to check when they closed,and was shocked but now I know why. Zero customer service skills. This business is headed down the drain with this guy managing.

I would not trust this place with your car. I’ve had two similar experiences where they’ve lied to me. I recently brought in a “new to me” car that was obviously a little low on power steering fluid and coolant. I specifically asked for these to be topped off, which they said they “top off all fluids.” These were marked on the form as topped off, but they absolutely were not. They also said my air filter was good, until I looked on the underside and it was full of debris and dirt(they probably didn’t have one in stock to sell me so they lied about that too).Will not be returning and do not recommend coming here!

Been using this business for a little over a year now and so far they have been great. They have fast and friendly service. I'm never there longer than 20 minutes. They don't over charge you for their services. They check all your fluids and tires when they do your oil change. They also offer a free car wash. They have a place you can wait inside or outside. I've used other businesses for oil changes and smogs before, but this business does both.

They couldn't change the transmision oil,said it was to hard.I was car #1 in line 45 min later they told me this.Month earlier they took the new oil filter out of my car & used it for the oil change then charged me on the oil change,never refunding me for the filter.

This is the second time I have had to come back after an oil change.I got home again and parked my truck in the driveway and came out and saw the oil leak Now my driveway is stained I even told the service manager about what happened last time and he said that he would tell the oil changer to make sure it doesn't leak. Look at the photos I went back today to get the oil leak fixed.Now the service manager said oh you're going to have to take it to the dealer because we can't do it correctly . Poor customer service. I wish I could of gave them zero starsThis is a 2020 Ford RangerThis will be my last time hear

I have been coming to this location for years. After today's experience and my experience 2 weeks ago when I came in for a smog, I will no longer support this business.This business has really gone downhill. Work ethic and professionalism is tacky and uncalled for.On my last 2 visits the employees both sat around and And continue to talk even after they seen me pulling in.I understand they may have recommendations for stuff that needs to be replaced or taken care of, however, being pushy and persistent is not the way to go about it. When he told me he recommended that I replaced my windshield wipers cabin filter and air filter I told him I can do that all on my own. That was when he told me that I have had them change out my cabin filter which never once did I give them permission to do that.Today as I was waiting while they were doing my oil change there were customers ahead of me and One of the guys who happened to be in the Bay whether he was on the clock or not was messing with this other customer's vehicle and the customer yelled at him to quit touching his vehicle.So during my paid very close attention to the employees 3 of them were just standing around talking and getting on their cell phones they weren't doing nothing. The business started to get busy with plenty of people coming in.Not once from the time that I pulled up to the time that I left did anyone ask me how I was doing or thanking me for coming in to have services done.The guy in the 2nd picture with the white T-shirt and the vest if hes an employee but not on the clock he should not be in the Bay talking to people. And the people who are on the clock should be doing their job working it's what they get paid to do.
