Came in today and had the worst experience ever. Asked how long my service would take they told me 20 minutes, it took 1 hour. Was only offered two different types of oil but when I walked in seen all 4 they had . Very horrible experience! There was about three guys servicing, my car, one laughing while smoking a cigarette, very unprofessional

I have been getting oil changes here for over ten years. I stayed with them for their professional service. But, the management must have changed. Last time I was there, they were throwing around the f-word. Yesterday, initially the stereo was blasting. They staff was harrasing each other loudly which turned into a full water fight with a hose in the service bay area with my car in it. I had to enter the bay and tell them to knock it off. They did fortunately. One guy was vaping. They kind of tried to pull it together, but were not about customer service. These two experiences were enough for me not go here anymore.

Came to get an oil change, in and out within a half hour, drove a couple miles down the street to get lunch. When I came back out to my car it started right away but the minute I let off the gas it would die. I called and spoke with John and he immediately sent someone to my location. The mechanic, Frankie, was very professional, genuinely sympathetic, found the problem within a few minutes, a loose hose.
You guys know what customer service is all about! Thank you so much!

Google Says it closes at 5:00pm, I was there at 4:15pm, and they wouldn’t take me. It caused me problems because I was leaving on a long trip early in the morning!!

I love this car wash. Affordable, Drive through, Fast and they give you towels and have vacuums so you can finish up when you're done. They do a good job, just wish they had a tire shine option.

Generally, I have good service, the guy with red beard is always nice. 3/23/24 I got an oil change, ya get what you pay for, it was reasonable, but when you're told something was filled or topped off you expect that it was done...never a reason to check it out, but this morning, a week later, I needed my wipers, and NO fluid! Frustrating!!! I may just start paying alot more and go to a mechanic!

All six employees talking about the reviews about them online. Kinda weird who is in charge, six people working one car. As a boss myself all would have been fired for what they are saying about customers and saying in front of other customers. Will not be back. wouldnt trust this place to work on my care.

Went in for an oil change on my son's Honda Civic. They improperly reattached the skid plate and when he was driving home over Donner Summit the next day it started scraping. Went back to complain and was told there's nothing they can do. I can do plenty, like contacting my credit card company, filing a report with the BBB and warning people NOT TO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES HERE!

Ive ALWAYS have loved this place My family and I have taken our cars there for smog,oil,transmission and wash tons of times . We are dedicated. Only downfall is sometimes the guyz working there are rude or abrupt, but that is their prob.Today went to have oil change, done great as normal, guy that helped me noticed at another store I had bought an engine and air filter and offered at no charge to put them in for me! Loved itA little pricey but serious what isnt now adays. Some bad reviews but Im still a loyal customer until they fail me.Quick and Easy
